Holiday Inn Express BRADFORD by IHG

Room was very nice. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The breakfast had a great selection and was good. And the parking was very spaciousand made me feel comfortable with leaving my veichle there.

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful enjoyed it all the staff was very friendly and helpful parking was well lite and easily accessible

From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel welcome.. People said good morning to us, were helpful with directions to local places, the breakfast offerings were excellent (the coffee was particularly good!) The room was spotless and I appreciated the DOVE products in the bathroom. The whole experience was very, very good value for the money and the staff working there really made the stay lovely and personal... Well done!

This is a beautiful hotel! Clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great!!! My ONLY suggestion to you all is to maybe consider offering rooms to families with children maybe on the first floor! A family was placed in a room on the 3rd floor and the children appeared to not have any home training WHATSOEVER! The parent allowed them to jump off the beds and run all night long! It’s very disturbing to other guest! This went on til 1:00 AM!!!!! I sent a message to the staff/ manager and nothing was done I don’t believe! Other than that, my stay was very nice! The hotel and staff had nothing to do with children not having home training and knowing how to act and treat others property with respect!

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The beds on the other hand were very hard and uncomfortable. There were hairs from the previous guest inside the shower on the walls and inside the tub. We attempted to get breakfast, but everything was empty when we got there, they weren’t very efficient on keeping up.For the price of this hotel vs. the others in town, I had higher expectations.

Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids. It was very warm in the water and pool area, even though it was below zero and windy outside!!!

Staff are super friendly, check in was fantastic, bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was great.

We love our stays here! the only hotel we will stay in when visiting Bradford! Hidden gem of PA. Friendly staff and great coffee! Love thwor breakfast...always the BEST!
