Very beautiful rooms

Hotel was in a great location to the train station and I received professional and friendly service from the two members of staff that I spoke to whilst checking in and out. The hotel was quiet, I often felt like I was the only one there sometimes, despite knowing there were others staying. I chose a premier plus room for the first time, mainly due to the mini fridge and ultimate WiFi because of the nature of my trip meant I was either out for my job or working in my room. I appreciated the water, upgraded drinks and treats provided. Room was spotless apart from a random pencil under the desk that must have been missed by the cleaner but only a very minor comment! As a woman travelling alone I felt really comfortable in the hotel. If I'm ever in Bradford again for the literature festival or for leisure I'll definitely book again, thank you for a great stay.

Location great for central Bradford. Google maps leads you to the Leisure Exchange car park which is currently 1.50 GBP per 24 hours not what is advertised on the hotels webpage, and a very short walk to the hotel entrance . Hotel is excellent clean and tidy. Bathrooms had soap, towels and shower gel/shampoo by Baylis. Comfortable beds even the sofa bed I slept on as an adult. I think the latest time to go for breakfast is 10am on a Monday even if a later time is advertised. Coffee machine was great. Lots of options of vegan /vegetarian cooked food and even the continental options were great - croissant, pain au Chocolat, pancakes and crumpets with multiple spreads and jams, 6 + different cereals and soya and oat milk. 4 different juices. The room was excellent. Clean and spacious. 2 interlinked rooms on 5th floor for us with real blackout blinds. No noise even when England were playing 1am and won - well done lads! Excellent but always busy staff. Phone number for hotel is not in the email but you can be put through for any additional requirements and then obtain their number directly. Vending machine for odd snacks available. Iron and table available on request. Thanks to the excellent staff . Recommended 5 stars.

The bar service was efficient. The staff were all personable. The room was nice and cool on a very hot weekend. The location was perfect for attending an event at Bradford Live. Plus it was located near to the station.

I stayed here overnight to attend an event. I really enjoyed my stay. I went for a Premier Plus room and found it very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, particularly the lady who ran the evening service in the restaurant. It was very quiet and peaceful during the night, I didn’t have any issues in that sense. Food in the restaurant was fine, the atmosphere was was very quiet. I got the meal deal which I thought was good value for money. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Bradford, as a solo female traveller I felt completely safe and comfortable during my trip.

Great location, clean rooms, nice staff. Only stayed one night but enjoyed, parking behind the hotel is very affordable.
