Perfect stay very polite staff and very clean. Everything you need for stay we will definitely booking again . We loved hot tub bath with tv . And all little extras . Good price.

Property / room was absolutely spotless. Garden was spotless, felt safe due to camera's in the hall way. He was very attentive, is polite and over all a pleasure and we will be back. Ive seen some reviews regarding deposits. Leave the property how you found it and he doesn't have a problem. We recieved ours back. His property in my opinion is the cleanest in the whole street, we parked our car around the back, didnt have a problem. We found residents to be polite and friendly. I dont think the uncleanliness of other residents should affect his buisness! It was a pleasure for us to stay and we will be booking in again. Ive seen some reviews in regards to love packages. He doesnt force you to buy these like suggested in some reviews ive seen...they're just a suggested add on if wanted he provides a service and a good one at that. Thank you and we will be back again

Really enjoyed our visit, everything detailed as part of agreement was delivered. The apartment was really well maintained, cosy and had great features. I would certainly recommend this to anyone that requires somewhere to say with their other half.

I stayed in this apartment for an extended period, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, well-maintained, and fully furnished with everything I needed for a long-term stay — including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, ample storage, and a washer/dryer which made things super convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for working remotely, and the neighborhood was safe, peaceful, and had all the essentials nearby — grocery stores, cafes, public transportation, and even some great local spots to explore. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place for a long-term visit!

The bed smelled of vomit and the tv in the bathroom sound wasn’t working. we messaged them in order to ask if there was a chance to fix it and all we got back was a “ it just plays up sometimes sorry” and nothing done about it. we also had to pay £100 deposit on top of the price we payed for the night and knew nothing about this till we arrived.

We wanted a nice place to stop for the weekend as we was attending a wedding. We loved the room it was lit with LED when we arrived which was fully adjustable. Very clean and everything you need for a nice getaway. Comfortable bed. The only issue was a few people coming and going making a bit of noise but this isn’t the fault of the owners. We will stop again for sure

Lovely room Weekend break in this property. It was very modern. Tastefully decorated and all the things you need for a nice stay. The only issue was noise from other guests coming and going in the early hours but out of the control of the owners

Great place to stay at, the bed was very comfy, kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom had everything you need (toothbrushes, toothpaste etc…) and the jacuzzi bath spot on. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Bradford. We definitely will be back again soon.
