Location was great and the hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and nice always helped with whatever needed. The only thing we dis not like was the breakfast. Too small, not enough. Everything else was amazing. Big thanks to the staff, all were great people.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the beach and all sorts of entertainment within walking distance.

Pros:
1. All my requests regarding room issues were addressed.
2. My booking preferences were taken into account.
3. An affordable hotel right next to the beach.

Cons:
1. It's a bit old.
2. Upon check-in, the safe, flashlight, Wi-Fi weren't working, and there was no water, but all issues were resolved within the day.
3. Lots of rules at check-in, but if you don't make a mess, you won't be penalized.
4. Very noisy due to the central street and constantly crowing roosters.

Far away from the beach, far away, taking kids to the beach is exhausted! There are almost no people living in the whole store, it is really really quiet! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !!

I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Crown Regency Residences Cebu. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a convenient stay. I also really appreciated how accommodating, friendly, and helpful the staff were throughout our visit.
The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient for getting around Cebu City. The swimming pool and other facilities were also a nice addition, especially when you just want to relax after a long day.
Overall, I think Crown Regency Residences offers good value for money, especially for travelers looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider staying here again when we visit Cebu. Highly recommended!

This is my first time booking this hotel and I thought I will never have a chance to stay here. Before my wedding, I booked this hotel since it’s near the church location. We enjoyed the stay. It’s just that we did not get to enjoy the TV because YouTube or other apps won’t work. All throughout the stay we weren’t able to use the TV. Also I called the lobby 5x to ask for a replacement for the 2 mugs for coffee before someone actually gets there to replace it AT THE MORNING.
Haven’t also had the time to enjoy pool because we check in late.
But their service is good. The hotel is nice.
I will surely book again if their TV is already fixed lol.
Also two key cards for room and elevator is really hassle on our part. It should’ve been 1 key card, all access, 2pcs since we’re 2 adults.
I really appreciate the hotel staff for catering my entourage, we were able to prepare before my wedding and took some pictures at the lobby and pool. Thank you!

The hotel had a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The lobby was decorated with soft lighting and a few comfortable couches. My room was spacious enough and had a nice view of the street below. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just right. I really liked the small balcony where I could sit and drink my morning coffee.
