We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel environment is wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. 
Our room was upgraded for free, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, there was no deposit required, making the process even more convenient. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, adding to our comfort.

It was a great pleasure to stay in this hotel this time and I received a free room upgrade. It is very convenient to eat and play around the hotel. The swimming pool is large and open from 14 to 21:30, which is a bit disappointing. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, and the service attitude is excellent. You can come again😄

A very relaxing resort hotel, with huge and comfortable rooms and high-end decoration! In the forest park, not far from the bustling downtown, takeaways are available, it is really a good place to vacation away from the city! On the day of check-in, I saw a large team-building activity (see the last picture). By the way, her family has a very high-end conference center, whether it is a company team building or a personal vacation, it is the first recommendation!

The room is big, has a bathtub, is quiet, and has good soundproofing. However, the service is average. The service staff are not enthusiastic and will not help you open the door or carry your luggage. The front desk is also perfunctory and reluctant.

A good accommodation experience, the key is good service. Whether it is the front desk manager or the cleaning staff, they are very nice to you and will take the initiative to ask if you need help. Changing rooms, delivering tea sets, and delivering water will be done for you immediately! A little regret is that there are too many people having breakfast on May Day, and there is not enough food.

When we first arrived we were amazed by how clean and big the lobby was, our room also exceeded our expectations. We had a nice view of the mountains and is was very large! We got fresh towels everyday. 

I also want to specifically thank the lobby manager Wendy for making our stay special. She helped us with planning many activities in the area around Zhangjiajie, it made getting tickets super easy because she could get them for us. She spoke very good english, so everything was smooth :)

I would definitely come back!

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff provided warm and friendly service. Any questions or issues were handled very quickly and efficiently. The breakfast offered a wide selection, tasted fresh, and was absolutely delicious.

The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet environment. Its major advantage is the superb surroundings, allowing for quick sleep at night with fresh air. The service is warm and all the staff are very nice. It was a very satisfying experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was spacious with a pleasant ambiance. They also offered a pick-up service which was diligent and responsible.

Location is good. Next to big mall. Things you need are all walking distance. Got an updated room. Spacious.

The check in service desk is very helpful and provided great service. We stayed over around the CNY period and they even deliver a complimentary hot coconut mochi desert at night for each person. This is something they did to keep everyone warm during a cold night!

The service attitude of this hotel is very good. There is no need to queue for check-in. The efficiency is quite high. The room is also large. They helped to upgrade it. The room is clean and tidy. I booked a buffet package and there are some small activities and games to play. The buffet is average, the taste is okay, and there are not too many varieties. The environment is very good. The nearby business district is quite lively. There is Wanda Plaza and a supermarket. It is also close to the city. It is very convenient for self-driving tours. The location is relatively close to the East Station. There is a lawn opposite the hotel with good greenery. I will come to Jiangmen again next time.

The front desk actively upgraded the room type, and the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the lake, with a good view. It feels like an older hotel, with an old-fashioned decoration style. The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes.

The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities.

In addition, I don’t recommend everyone to buy breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season. The breakfast experience is very bad, there are very few varieties, and the products are so-so. It is completely not the same level as the buffet breakfast of an economy hotel.

This price is generally good and bad.
