If you love shopping, this is absolutely the hotel for you! Carrying all those shopping bags can be exhausting, but staying here means you can drop them off at the hotel and head right back out for more retail therapy 🛍️. You can even get to the mall through the hotel's back entrance without needing an umbrella – even if it's raining, you'll only be wet for the distance of one street crossing.

The best part is the direct airport limousine bus service that stops right at the hotel entrance. Anyone familiar with the Tokyo subway knows the value of not having to drag luggage up and down stairs.

There are so many malls nearby. Honestly, just Tobu Department Store alone is enough to keep you busy for at least three days, let alone all the other options. Everything you could possibly need is right here.

Room with a view of the airport! You can see so many large airplanes ✈️ right outside your window. The room itself isn't huge, but the bathroom and toilet are separate, and the bathtub 🛁 is surprisingly big. Maybe locals prioritize their bathing experience. What really impressed me was the front desk staff – their Mandarin was excellent! They mentioned having studied in Beijing, and honestly, their grammar might even be better than mine 😂.

Relabo Hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the JR station. From the station's third floor, there's a direct walkway leading to an elevator that takes you straight to the hotel's 4th-floor front desk. It's incredibly convenient. Nearby, you'll find the Apple Factory and the Nebuta Museum, and downstairs there's a department store for shopping and dining. A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs, and they also offer some yoga activities, though we didn't participate as we don't speak Japanese. Guests can enjoy the hot springs for free, and female guests are personally escorted into the bathing area by staff, which feels very safe. After a soak, you can grab an ice cream or head to the observation deck to enjoy the view with some crackers and apple juice – a truly leisurely holiday experience. The room was comfortable and quiet with ample space for luggage, offering city views and a glimpse of the ocean bridge. The scenery at sunset was particularly beautiful. The staff were all very pleasant, especially the restaurant staff during breakfast, who were absolutely outstanding!

My child and I stayed for three days. The standard room was indeed quite small; my 26-inch suitcase couldn't open fully. I had to half-open it and slide it under the bed, otherwise, it was hard to move around. The location is good, though, making it convenient to get anywhere. The service was excellent; they saw us waiting for a taxi and invited us inside to rest, only letting us out when the taxi arrived.

The hotel's location is excellent. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building, which also houses the Shinkansen and JR stations. Inside the building, you'll find plenty of dining options, a supermarket, and shops. The surrounding area is bustling with even more shopping malls. It's incredibly convenient on a rainy day, as you can spend half the day exploring without even stepping outside. It's also super easy for train travel; just go downstairs, and you're there, saving time on commuting and waiting. The breakfast is also quite diverse.

You can see the hotel from the second floor of Sendai Station, and the airport line also connects directly to the second floor, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel is also spotlessly clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Conveniently located beside JR Morioka station and Iwate Galaxy Railway (IGR) Line with the bus terminus across the road in front of the hotel and also housed within the same building as the FESAN Shopping Mall.

Room was spacious and the breakfast (buffet style) in the hotel’s Chinese restaurant was good.

City sightseeing bus stops at 5pm so I opted to walk to Morioka Castle/Park which took about 20mins to reach.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and is very easy to find! The triple room we were given was also quite spacious. The cleanliness was top-notch, and all the amenities were well-appointed. The lobby staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, always with a smile. It truly made for a great stay!
