It was excellent! The staff were very attentive, the room was comfortable, the air conditioning was perfectly cool, and it was clean and spacious. The pool was clean, and there was a fitness center. Overall, everything was great!

The accommodation was very clean. I loved that there was always good coffee available. The room was beautiful, bright, and looked exactly like the pictures. The air conditioning was wonderfully cold.

This was my first time visiting Thonburi, and the staff were incredibly nice! The owner was the sweetest person ever 🥺. They gave great recommendations and even offered a shuttle service to Siriraj Hospital. I just found out it's a new hotel too! If you're ever in the area, don't forget to stop by and experience the old town Bangkok vibe. The price is reasonable, it's close to the hospital, and you can easily take a boat to other attractions.

Recommended by a colleague, surprisingly nice. Considering the reasonable price, the location is perfect, just few minutes away from the international airport, and there’s a 24 hours free shuttle

Think the hotel was recently renovated and it’s clean and neat. Btw the vending machines are right next to the reception, just in case jet lag in the middle of the night

The front desk staff went above and beyond in every way. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed at this location the night before my surgery and the night I was released from the hospital because it was so close by.

I appreciate the empathy and service provided by the front desk, as they helped with my luggage to the Uber when I was departing. 100% I would recommend this location to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay at SureStay Heritage Walk Amritsar was truly memorable.
The hotel boasts an excellent location — just steps away from Harmandir Sahib, making it incredibly convenient for multiple visits, especially for early morning or late evening darshan. Being situated in the heart of the heritage walk area also means you are surrounded by vibrant streets and what can only be described as a true food paradise.
The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very comfortable — a pleasant surprise given the prime location within the old city. Check-in was smooth and efficiently handled, setting a positive tone for our stay.
A special mention to Sarjan, Sohail, and Gurmeet — the concierge team — for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their helpfulness and cheerful attitude made a real difference to our experience.
The restaurant at SureStay was outstanding. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant managers who ensured that meals were freshly prepared and served straight from the oven. Every dish was flavorful and satisfying, reflecting genuine care in preparation and service.
Overall, SureStay Heritage Walk offers comfort, convenience, and heartfelt Punjabi hospitality — an excellent choice for anyone visiting Amritsar.
