The environment was very family-friendly when we visited with our family. The location was a bit far from most attractions. However, if you are planning a family trip with less sightseeing and more relaxation, it felt truly suitable. The staff were also friendly. On some days, housekeeping was not done, but once we informed them, the room was cleaned immediately. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

This is an apartment hotel, and the lobby is quite a distance from the room I stayed in, requiring a free shuttle bus. The overall service was okay, but the place felt a bit run-down. When I first entered the room, there was a musty smell, which was unpleasant. The bathroom was damp, and the toiletries were of poor quality. Honestly, for a Wyndham chain hotel, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was good, the environment was nice, but the food itself was just so-so.

It’s comparatively a new hotel with right near to beach with less public. The main city and some famous places are far. So if you are couple or want to enjoy each other company then good to go. Mostly couples and families here. Staff is good and welcome with a drink. The pool area is amazing and drinks offered .

We stayed at Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Phuket from 15–19 January, booking 4 rooms for a group of 8 people, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome along with a nice welcome drink, which set the tone for the stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, even with a large group. The team thoughtfully allocated the rooms based on our preferences and provided extra towels without any hassle.
The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay — always smiling and ready to assist.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, and smell fresh, which we really appreciated. The bathroom is also large, well-designed, and includes a smart toilet seat. A small but memorable detail: the shower gel smells really nice and adds a premium touch to the experience.
Breakfast was good, with a fresh fruit station every day, plus live omelette and pancake stations. While it was enjoyable, I personally felt it didn’t fully match what I would expect from a 5-star hotel — though it was still pleasant and well-organized.
The hotel has multiple swimming pools, including dedicated pools for kids, which is great for families. We also noticed that some pools were warmer than others — not sure if this was intentional, but it was actually quite nice depending on the time of day.
A big plus is the shuttle bus service to and from Nai Harn Beach, which makes getting around very convenient.
Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, spacious rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would strongly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

This was my second stay at the resort, and it exceeded my expectations once again. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Osama, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine helpfulness truly made a difference. He took the time to guide us through all the resort’s facilities, pointed us to halal food options at the restaurant, and recommended exciting activities and attractions in Phuket that enriched our trip. His warm attitude and constant readiness to assist left a remarkable impression.

I am also grateful to Ms. Porn for her cooperation and generosity in allowing us a late check-out without any extra charge, which made our departure seamless and stress-free.

A sincere thank you as well to Mr. Mark, the manager, for his continuous dedication and close attention to ensuring the highest standards of service. The efforts of the entire team are the reason I chose to return for a second stay — and why I look forward to coming back again and again

I really loved the staff in this hotel. If you have problems, they are more than willing to help you 🥰❤️ just like the instance that my phone was left in the taxi. They called the taxi driver and brought it back to me. ❤️

This hotel is fantastic, I'm really satisfied with my stay. The management was patient and the front desk lady was always smiling, which made our experience great. The hotel facilities are excellent, the location is superb, and the breakfast is healthy and delicious. I'm very happy with everything and will definitely come back again!

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and offered excellent value for money. The ambiance was wonderful, and the service was impeccable, making for a truly pleasant experience. The guest room truly surprised me. Each evening, upon our return, we found the beds turned down, accompanied by a thoughtful small gift and a handwritten card with a very warm message. The thoughtful preparations for both the bed and shower amenities were perfectly arranged, which was a fantastic touch. The central air conditioning in the room was set to the perfect temperature, ensuring a very comfortable stay. When we ordered takeout in the evening, a robot conveniently delivered it directly to our room. The hotel also had excellent soundproofing, making for a very quiet and peaceful environment. The most delightful aspect was discovering the numerous pomelo trees on the hotel grounds, laden with fruit – the ambiance truly deserves praise!

This is a new facility, in line with Wyndham hotels. Highlights for me were the comfy bed(!), the close proximity to the airport (10 min drive), the free laundry room for use on the 11th floor, and the great customer service. One suggestion is to improve their coffee option for guests in the morning -- it was not good. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again!

The hotel staff were very welcoming and even provided complimentary welcome fruit. It's conveniently located right next to the Shantang Tourist Distribution Center, making it super easy for out-of-town guests visiting Dawang Mountain. You can even take the Skybus (the hotel offers complimentary one-day passes). Both the subway and public buses are easily accessible. The hotel has a modern aesthetic and boasts a huge gym (operated by a third party, but guests can use it for free). The pool is about 30 meters long with three lanes, though the water temperature was a bit on the cool side. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it's a great fit for younger travelers and offers excellent value for money.

Not my first time, and definitely not the last. Haven’t tried their breakfast, so can’t say anything. On the downside, guests - and I was the only foreigner, as far as I could tell -  smoke like hell. They smoke where it’s allowed and where it’s forbidden. They don’t care. Other than, I enjoyed my stay. Will come back.

Train station is just a little bit walk. 
The only downside in this hotel is no restaurant nearby for lunch & dinner. Overall, it was a nice stay 🫶

It is a newly opened hotel. The accommodation environment is very good. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, a wide view, comfortable and warm. The hotel is located near the high-speed rail station and a bit far from the city, but it is very convenient to drive to the city via elevated roads. The customer service team has added WeChat so that if necessary, it can be handled promptly. The service is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. Taking care of the baby for breakfast, no time to take pictures. There are many varieties and the taste is good. I missed the snacks because I was too full the night before, and the hotel breakfast made up for it.

The Ibirapuera Hotel in Sao Paulo is unforgettable! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the layout is beautiful. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and travel is worry-free. The service team is friendly and efficient, and the dining options are diverse and delicious. It is an excellent choice for business and leisure.

The breakfast is very good!
There are many fast food options in the foot court on the 3rd floor of the shopping center on Paulista Street nearby. It is very convenient.
There is a park nearby for leisure, and it is also close to the Museum of Modern Art.

It's always impeccable to spend Christmas at the Wyndham Garden! We chose it because we live in the area (Lauzane Paulista) and the noise at the end of the year is unbearable all day on New Year's Eve. In search of peace and quiet, we spent the night at the hotel with great satisfaction. A good room with a mini-fridge and microwave to cool our drinks and heat up our mini dinner was enough for us. The rest is peace and quiet.

The room is very good, big, but you need to prepare slippers and dental appliances, etc., all you need to pay for food in the small room. And you can pay to buy food and send it to the room, it is clearly marked, the price is reasonable. It is safe around, there are several places to eat and supermarkets, very convenient
