Best Three Star Hotels in Brandenburg

Wir waren im Oktober für 2 Nächte Sa-Mo dort. Das Zimmer war im EG (würden wir so nicht mehr buchen, da es nur Verdunkelungsvorhänge gibt und wenn man diese aufzieht ist das Zimmer von außen voll einsehbar) war hell, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Decken und Kissen ok. Aber das Bad war zwar chic aber eindeutig zu klein. Wir können uns nicht erinnern jemals in einem Hotel mit einem so kleinen Bad gewesen zu sein. Man konnte sich wirklich kaum drehen. Zudem war es nicht richtig sauber und die Dichtung der Dusche war defekt, so dass der Boden nach dem Duschen unter Wasser stand. Beleuchtung und Belüftung waren gut. Ganz furchtbar war die Toilettenbürste..... Am Spiegel im Flur und an der Eingangstür waren mehrere fettige Handabdrücke. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, obwohl es am Anfang des Hotelflurs lag. Das Frühstück war am Sonntag vielfältig, am Montag schon nicht mehr. Schade. Zu loben war die Qualität des Tees - Teetrinker werden in Hotels ja sonst eher stiefmütterlich behandelt. Weniger schön war, dass es keine Untertassen gab. Wir legen die Teelöffel ungern auf den Tisch. Beim Kaffee handelte es sich um Filterkaffee in Thermoskannen - wer's mag...... Marmeladen, Butter etc. waren einzelverpackte Plastikpäckchen. Wir denken, dass man am Frühstück noch arbeiten könnte. Sehr gestört hat uns, dass im Frühstücksraum die Maskenpflicht nicht eingehalten wurde und das Personal auch nicht auf die Einhaltung geachtet hat. FAZIT: mittelmäßig und für die Leistung etwas zu teuer.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hauses direkt am altstädtischen Markt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar ist mir die Einstufung als 4-Sterne-Hotel. Im Zimmer (Komfortzimmer!) gab es einen einzigen Sessel für zwei Personen; die zweite Person muß also auf der Bettkante sitzen. Der Teppich war abgenutzt und fleckig. Einen Tresor gab es nur an der Rezeption, nicht im Zimmer. Auf unsere Bitte, uns einen zweiten Zimmerschlüssel auszuhändigen, wurde uns erwidert, daß das nicht üblich sei, da die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt sei. Für das ganze Hotel gibt es einen einzigen Fahrstuhl, der ausgesprochen langsam unterwegs ist. Wenn morgens Gruppen abreisen, muß mit Wartezeit gerechnet werden. Die Zimmer werden nur auf Anfrage gereinigt. Gäste können ihre Abfallkörbe zum Leeren vor die Tür stellen. Da wir Obst verzehrt haben, haben wir das wegen des Geruchs und der Hygiene auch so gehandhabt - freilich können auch alle vorübergehenden Gäste den persönlichen Müll der anderen sehen. Mir hat sich der Eindruck aufgedrängt, daß mit dem Argument der Nachhaltigkeit eher an den Personalkosten gespart wird. Von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich mehr Service erwartet.
