Worcester Bank House Hotel Spa Golf, BW Premier Collection

We had an executive room which was lovely, very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast good, I wish we had seen that they do have a menu for additional breakfast dishes. Sunday was busy, very disappointed that they ran out of mugs, so we had to use paper cups!!!! Not acceptable! No offer to get any clean mugs. Member of party wanted a decaf latte coffee, was told sachets were available-which were awful. When she ordered a decaf latte from waitress she was charged. Hotel was very clean and staff nice. Additional £30 per adult/day for breakfast is excessive, additional charge also for spa make this hotel very expensive and not good value. I doubt we will return to ‘add ons’

What a fabulous find. The staff are friendly and so well presented. The hotel is beautiful and cosy at the same time. Set in wonderful grounds, it was a pure delight. I had the best sleep. I do not tend to sleep well when away, I woke up refreshed and ready to go. The food was excellent, dinner well presented with perfect portions. Breakfast was buffet and did not disappoint. I would highly recommend, as a solo female I need to feel safe and comfortable to dine alone. Will definitely visit again, next time the Spa will be on my agenda.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Worcester Bank 💖 my husband and I booked our stay as a wedding anniversary trip. The staff went above and beyond as i mentioned our reason for stay in our booking. As a complete surprise they upgraded our room massively, a celebration card greeted us in our room accompanied with 2 complimentary drink to use in the bar. Was such a huge surprise. The spa was lovely, very relaxing. Exactly what we needed. Will absolutely be returning. The staff are so friendly. Highly recommended. 💖 thank you so much again Worcester Bank you really made our anniversary.

The hotel is lovely. Was fantastic for what we required and the parking on site was a big tick in the box. The room was clean and the coffee machine and fresh milk was a nice touch. The only grumble would be that we couldn’t get the shower to a temperature where it was scolding hot.

Clean hotel, good service, spacious rooms. Very happy with experience.

The bed was terrible had a terrible night the mattress was so worn out it completely squashed together as I sat on the bed. When I reported it to reception the lady informed me that they were being replaced but for us not soon enough! Sadley as everything else was ok

Nice property. Quiet location. Clean room. Decent amenities and staff but not well equipped or overly friendly. Good breakfast.
