Excellent hotel, we have stayed here many times and always had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. On site show ticket purchase capability is very convenient. The restaurant and bar are both very good and the regular bartender is amazing.

Bat bugs/bed bugs in the room. This place was horrible. First cabin was nice looking, but the beds were horrible. I couldn't sleep that night and my husband could hardly walk in yeh morning after sleeping on the bed. He said he's had better experience sleeping on the ground. My 1 year old also found licorice on the ground. So that was gross. They moved us to another room. That one was full of a lot of stuffed animals. A huge bear in the living room, and a coyote with a bird in its mouth on yhe wall. This room wouldn't be bad for adults or older kids, just my young children were terrified. So they moved us to another room. My husband noticed a bug on my pillow in the bed around 11 pm. He took a picture of it and Google said it was a bed bug, when we called front desk they kind of dismissed it and said it was probably just a bat bug. Honestly neither should be happening. Bat bugs bites hurt worse then bed bugs and it also means a bat was in the cabin recently. We found another 50 just doing a light search in the bedroom. It was disgusting. Guest service said they could find us another cabin, but we declined and just drive home early. I was not comfortable sleeping with them again. Hopefully management will get in contact me as I feel like someone is going to have to pay for an exterminator to visit my house or replace all the possible infested luggage and clothes. I can't believe someone would rent out cabins like this. I will update review if management contacts me as is able to make things right.

Propery Manager has no clue what she is doing or how to handle customers issues, nor does she care. They will not handle maintenance issues and do not return calls. Avoid anything related to Thousand Hills. Do better. We ill not use their services again

Wrote a review a couple of weeks ago which was terrible. So they do not put all bad reviews on here because its not here!! Not surprised! Have been staying here for 30 years but no more! Would have been nice if they even acted like they cared. They need to show all reviews good and bad!

I was so excited to find this lodging option in Branson. The condo photos looked great and they were happy to accommodate our daughter’s support animal; a huge plus as this was our first trip with her support animal along. Unfortunately it feels like the initial impression and customer service were a bait and switch. As we were driving in to town they let us know that for undisclosed reasons they would be placing us in a different condo than the one we reserved. They didn’t have pictures to send (red flag) but said they would find some. What they did send seemed manageable, but they said to let them know if it wasn’t up to our standards. When we got there we were very surprised by what we saw. Bugs in and out, stained carpet, poor furniture, curtains that didn’t close, patio table with no chairs, and what I can only assume was a moldy kitchen sink faucet. After requesting a partial refund for this obvious downgrade we were offered pizza or free tickets to one of the less popular shows. We were told any refund would need to be approved and they would get back to us the next day. After 5 nights we never heard anything from management about our request. We never would have selected the room we received. We are extremely disappointed and will not be back.

Stayed in a Cabin 223 at Thousand Hills vacations. The whole reason I chose a cabin was to be able to have a fireplace & decorated for Christmas, as we stayed here over Christmas. Needless to say the fireplace did not work, & neither did the Christmas tree. Resort staff did come out & look at them both & all they did for the tree was checked to see if it was plugged in & said they couldn’t do anymore about that🙁. Then the staff looked at the fireplace & tried to light it a couple of times & said that it wouldn’t work & that there wasn’t anything they could do for that over the holidays, & they didn’t offer any other solutions, or any type of reimbursement for the issues. For the price you pay for these units, I would expect things to work properly! I spoke with office staff & she stated that she would speak with her manager & get back to me, however, never heard from them! I had to go out & buy my own lights to put on the tree so that we could have a “lighted” tree for Christmas. The cabin itself was somewhat dated, mostly the carpet which was very stained & dated throughout the unit. We did not have any sheets or extra blankets in the cabin for the pull out couch. The cabin was a nice size, but, overall, I would give it a 6 out of 10 for cleanliness. I would stay with the resort again, however would make sure everything worked & find a cleaner more updated unit.

Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very nice. The living room furniture is getting a little worn. It was hard to find the dumpsters to dispose of the trash the way they asked. There were no grab bars in the restrooms for use in the showers or tubs. The cabin is getting a little older.

My family and I rented a home. There were 22 of us. The house was wonderful! There was plenty of space for everyone. The home was equipped with pots, pans, dishes and toiletries. The views were great. The home was in walking distance to several attractions. The location was extremely convenient as everything was no more than 15 minutes drive. The indoor pool and gym were great! Definitely recommend staying with thousand hills.

Absolutely the best. We were in cabin #280. The cabin was very spacious with a bedroom upstairs and one downstairs both with King size beds and their own bathrooms. The location is centrally located close to most everything you'd want to do and is in a very quiet and peaceful location. As far as the rate for the cabin per night, you can't beat it for two couples, it worked out to be roughly $60 per person. Will definitely be back, loved our time in Branson.

We had booked a five night stay. Checked in and noticed how bad the carpets were very filthy and black spots!!! Also screened in porch the screens were all damaged and blowing in the wind. Called and complained was told they would be out first thing the next morning to shampoo carpet and fix the screens!! Came back from a full day and nothing was done then got ready for bed and there was a bat on the wall!!! So called again matience called the next day and asked where the bat was😞 told them my daughter and my husband got it out that night I wasn’t going to sleep in the place with a bat!!! Next day my daughter found a bed bug on their bed so went and took pictures of everything went to their office was told that’s a cute bat😞 I replied not if you have to sleep with it and our grandkids were there also!!! So we headed home early they gave us a partial refund but think it should have been a full refund!!! Will not go again!!! Thousand Hills cabin number 180 in Branson Missouri !!!

First I will say that the photo provided online showed a very nice one room cabin that looked very roomy. What we saw when we arrived was very surprising. It was one room, but there was a large soaker tub in the room with us. I guess it would have been acceptable, but we turned on the water and it was so slow, it would have taken several hours to fill. Anyway, when we called to ask about the fact our fireplace wasn’t working (it was 45 outside and we thought that would be nice) she assured me someone would be right out to fix that for us. We never saw anyone the 4 days we were there. Add to this the ants in the bathroom, the bugs coming out of the sink drain, the moldy smell, broken bathroom counter tile, etc. They spent some time updating the nice shower in the bathroom, but while it has 2 shower heads only one worked. Also, there isn’t any place to put soap. NO WHERE BUT THE FLOOR! We were just very disappointed in our stay. I do NOT recommend this cabin. They offer others, but they all appear to look the same. We have stayed in Cabins at a different resort but these just aren’t maintained like they are. Also, add they are all duplexes, they don’t show that in The pictures either ! I can only say that the people were very friendly during check in for anything positive.

Don't tell us that they didn't have a cabin we paid for till we got here gave us a condo then asked us if we wanted another day which we paid for then arrive home and can't get into our condo at 1030 at night with our baby outside sitting and waiting on the heat

They helped make my vacation easy and not too expensive! The entire stay was fun, location was great,and the condo was so pretty! They helped us book our shows and got us amazing seats! We even went on stage!

Husband and I decided to take a few days to go to Branson, MO for a short Vaca we chose to stay at the Thousand Hills Cabins they have for rent. We rented a (1) Bedroom, (1) Bathroom Cabin. The Cabin Complex was in town but yet secluded enough to remain pretty quiet for the MOST PART. It was a very nice and pretty Cabin. It was also clean and kept up but could’ve been cleaned a bit more under the bed but again, had a full kitchen that was stocked w dishes etc to use, full Frig, stove, pots/pans etc, had washer/dryer. All of the amenities of home. And we were happy to be there for the MOST PART UP AND UNTIL THE (3rd) THIRD NIGHT! WHICH is why I gave the Cabins a score of 3 out of 5. I would’ve gladly have given 4 or 5 out of 5 if Thousand Hills Property Management Company had handled a situation that transpired on Saturday evening after we returned from the Show & Dinner on the Showboat Branson Belle. Allow me to explain. Once back at our Cabin we decided to settle in for the night there wasn’t anything else we had planned that night and it was beginning to get dusk so we each changed into our night clothes, got out the Monopoly, snacks and drinks and we were in the middle of playing a game of Monopoly and it at this time was dark outside and rt before 8 pm and it was very quiet other than the game we were playing and talking amongst ourselves. We had the tiny/small Living Rm window blinds barely still slightly opened and not yet closed. Now, keep in mind where our particular Cabin was it was all the way in the back of the Cabin Complex - to get up to the Cabin door from the parking lot you had to walk across abt a 6ft bridge to a covered porch which the Cabin was split like a Duplex - we had one side and someone else had the other side and Cabin ample room but had (2) separate doors is the point I’m trying to make. So anyway, during the game my Husband and I both heard “voices” up by our door but we didn’t say anything to each other bc we both honestly thought it was our neighbors again talking on the porch bc they had done that the night before prior to opening their door and going in their Cabin so we just continued to play our game. Well, it wasn’t but a minute or two later that a very LOUD, SORT OF THUD/POUND DEF W SOMETHING EXCEPTIONALLY HARD AND HEAVY HIT OUR CABIN DOOR which just threw both of us off our game literally, scared the beejeezies out of ME, my Husband looked at me and didn’t really know what to think but knew whatever it was that just happened or occurred was NOT NATURAL OR GOOD! So he got up opened the Cabin door, walked out on porch to the bridge and saw 6 teen boys walking away towards town still in the parking lot, so he was at the end of my vehicle and basically just told them to get and stay the “F” away from our Vehicle! (1) of the boys turned around and yelled back to my Husband, “We didn’t do anything!” Another boy had a BAT in his hand as they kept walking. Husband came checked on the front Cabin door t

Our reservations for a handicapped room got botched up. I contacted Shelby at the front desk and he went beyond and above to get us an awesome accommodation that would work. Also, our concierge, Paula Johnson was very helpful and very willing to help us.
