Though the property is a little older, it felt clean and kept up. Nothing fancy, but felt like we were getting good value for our money. I liked that the doors to the rooms were interior, not opening directly to the outside; that always feels safer.

We specifically rented a room with only 1 queen bed to have extra floor space for storing our e-bikes. The hotel switched us to a room with two queen beds (obtainable from other local lodging providers for much less than the 1 queen bed room we reserved). The hotel would/could not provide us the room reserved, or refund the excess cost we incurred. Ultimately, ******* did refund the entire cost.

The people were friendly. Towels were luxery level. The breakfast was good. The place is showing its age. Carpet in halls were thread bare and it could use some brighter paint. Good location. We would go back for the value.

Simple, clean and easy. Not a fancy hotel but that’s not what we were after. Clean rooms, easy access and saved money. Stayed there before and we will again next time we go.

When we entered our room it felt more like a dungeon instead of a welcoming hotel room. There was only one bedside table, so my husband made a makeshift table for my side with the ironing board (it worked) terrible lighting, and the furniture was scratched up and needed cleaning. My husband and I have stayed here several times in the past and have been pleased but not this time. The lamps that were in the room were faulty. The trash containers on the outside of the building are constantly full. When I called and requested a late checkout, the lady said it would be an additional $20 for the additional hour to stay until noon. I thought really? I’ve never paid a hotel for a late checkout. So, our money will definitely be going to someone else in Branson when we revisit.
