Ein insgesamt schönes und geschmackvolles Hotel mit gutem Frühstücksangebot.
Das Personal war freundlich und angenehm. Lediglich beim Abräumen des Frühstücksgeschirrs war man hin und wieder etwas übereifrig.
Wirklicher Kritikpunkt: Eine meiner Gardinen hatte sich in der Gardinenleiste verklemmt bzw. verhakt. Das habe ich an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Leider wurde das Problem in den kommenden Tagen durch das Housekeeping nicht behoben.
Erwähnenswert: Das Hotel verfügt über einen Panorama-Lift an der Außenfassade.

Amei a experiência! O quarto estava limpo e bem arrumado, sem aquele cheiro de fechado assim que entra, sabe? A impressão era que tinha um cuidado ali dentro antes mesmo da gente entrar.
O café da manhã tinha várias opções, os colaboradores do restaurante eram todos muito educados e estavam sempre repondo os itens antes mesmo de acabar.
Conheci o hotel por indicação de um amigo e não poderia estar mais satisfeito! Espero poder voltar em breve.

Gosto do hotel por causa de sua história e sobretudo, dos seus quadros e decoraçao. Eu não conhecia a história do pudim cuja receita é teoricamente atribuída à Dona Sarah Kubistchek e o provei desta vez e fiquei encantado.
Fiz a reserva através do Trip.com, mas fiquei surpreso quando recebi o comprovante de pagamento e percebi que o valor era cerca de 15% mais caro do que o anunciado na página. Para a minha surpresa, quando fui pagar o Hotel, recebi o comprovante de pagamento com um valor ainda menor do que o que estava anunciado no trip Advisor...
