O atendimento é excelente, funcionários educados e solicitos, o café da manhã é bom. Mas o quarto achei péssimo, quando fiz a reserva, não apareceu a foto real do quarto específico que eu estava pagando por ele. É um quarto comprido, o ar condicionado que não é lá essas coisas, pegava só em uma das camas, o banheiro é minúsculo, tem uma pedra no meio, saí com meu braço todo roxo de esbarrar nele. Um cheiro ruim, de esgoto, mesmo depois que a moça limpou, ficou esse cheiro. Nunca fiquei em um hotel que tivesse um quarto tão ruim. Quando se faz uma reserva, tem que deixar claro qual é a foto do quarto. Fiquei bem decepcionada, não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel novamente.
