I was excited to make a stop in Brașov therefore I was looking for a stay where I can enjoy a nice mountain view and have good service ..I was expecting to find this at the Schruter boarding hotel however the expectations were far away from reality . I booked for 2 adults and one baby 3 months old so I paid in advance for the reservation. When I reached out to the hotel after a long trip we found out that they don't have a restaurant in the evening time.Just morning for breakfast, the receptionist advised us to order food online. At the arrival she asked if we wanted 2 glasses of cava as welcome , being with languages initially I refused as I wanted to install in my room first and solve the food matter. After we found the place where we could order some food I asked the lady to give me some plates to eat in my room, however my husband had to go to the reception to pick up the plates. Having the dinner moment we asked the reception to give us the 2 glasses of cave she wanted to offer us initially , but she never brought to us. At midnight my husband went to buy some water as the mini bar had only small bottles available. At the moment he crossed the reception the receptionist remembered about the 2 glasses of the cave we asked before and the receptionist asked my husband, Sir do you still want the cava ?" Seriously, you ask this at midnight? Someone with a good customer service sound never asks something like this when you know that you forgot !!! 2. Having paid for a room for 2 adults and one baby 3 months old I decided that I would sleep my baby in the big bed and my husband in the sofa which was available in the room, however I asked them to brig my sheets for the sofa. My husband made the bed himself and the receptionist just brought me the sheets. When she entered the room she told me ,, Oh thanks for your husband for making the bed ". 3. The moment she was in the room I slightly made my point about the view of the room as in the booking is menting mountain view or city view however the view was giving a broken old window of an old building. 4. When I made the check out I was asked to pay an extra fee of 20 euro as they prepared my bed. I found it ridiculous that I had to pay this fee only for the fact they brought me the sheets in the room which initially were included in my booking . I was disappointed as this was not mentioned in the booking policy nor on their website given the fact that I already paid the price for a room of 2 adults and a baby. Then what is the reason for having a sofa in the room ?? The only positive aspect was the nice welcome from the food area and great hospitality of the waiter working in the morning however as a negative point I didn't appreciate it as the buffet did offer info over the food displayed in the buffet so I had to guess visually what I am eating as there were no ticket description of the content of the food.
