I feel quite lucky; everything was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was exquisite and plentiful, and the front desk staff was super nice 👍! I think it's great ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I booked this hotel even though it was a bit expensive because it said it had a pool. However, it turned out to be a really strange setup where the pool is a separate facility on the second floor that you have to pay extra for. If that's the case, shouldn't it clearly state that the pool is an additional charge? Also, the breakfast was terrible. I definitely don't recommend this place. I justified the price because I thought the pool was included, but if I had known I'd have to pay extra for it, I would never have chosen this hotel.

Very good, very clean. A pleasant stay. It's really important to have a comfortable place to sleep well, especially when you're in a foreign country. I'd choose this hotel again next time.

Was pleasant stay, rooms good design and clean. Breakfast good, tasty and various choices. Close to city center, few minutes by tramway. Good views from the room.

The hotel is relatively new and located within a shopping mall, which is a great location.

The hotel is not located in the very center of Bratislava, but it has very good transport accessibility. The railway station and the central bus station are nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and the design is modern. I had no complaints about the operation of electronic devices or plumbing. I would gladly give the hotel the highest score, but we were denied early check-in (we arrived outside the high tourist season, and I doubt that the hotel had no available rooms). Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel.

Good hotel with good location. Car parking on the basement and it is additional charge for 40 euro.
