A bit old, but nice hotel. Staff was really attentive and helpful. I was able to get an iron form the reception desk. There is no coffee/tea set in the rooms, but guests are offered free coffee and tea in the lobby which is also fine. Standard room size was above average. The only disadvantage was the smell coming from AC - this really needs to be cleaned and disinfected.

The room is spacious with balcony ! We were able to check-in early without any additional cost. Recommended for family trip

Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Location far from city center. Paid parking around. At the hotel parking fee extremely expensive € 20 per night.

Highly recommended. Although it's not right next to the old town and its exterior isn't particularly striking, the rooms are very pleasant and functional. It's clean and offers a varied breakfast. Access to the rooms is via key or QR code on your smartphone, which is a plus. Uber is easily accessible from the hotel, and it's not expensive in Bratislava. There's also a tram station nearby.

The hotel is quite old fashioned and needs modernisation and freshening up! No real complaints but everything looked a bit tired and dated. Breakfast was good, although I was very disappointed to be told I couldn’t sit at the outside tables to eat in the sun. The reception girl who checked me in and out was very friendly and helpful; the other staff were helpful if asked a request specifically but were not very warm or welcoming. Not one said hello/bye or how are you whenever I walked past the reception area. The rooms were large, with good storage and the beds were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was good and I slept well. The WiFi service was good too. It was useful to have a fridge in the room; although the prices for the mini bar were expensive but I just bought my own drinks/snacks etc. As a solo traveler the location for me was not so good as it is quite quiet around the hotel area and I spent a lot on taxis travelling to more lively areas of Bratislava; although if you are into sport it would be a fantastic location as there was lots of sporting events and facilities close by. There was also a good selection of general grocery shops and restaurants which do take out food not far away, which was useful for the nights I did not go out. Having a balcony was great but there was a planter outside my room (204) that was neglected and had dead plants and weeds in it and the walls were grey with age. The balcony furniture was old. The curtain covering the balcony window and door was scruffy. I would not recommend here, which is a shame because it would not take much to make this a really super venue.

Nice hotel located next to the football stadium. We spent only one night here but the hotel is well located, staff are all nice. The rooms are nice for the money paid. I would recommend this hotel and most probaly we will stay here again when coming to Bratislava.

Lovely comfortable room and beautifully lit bathroom with good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was a bit on the small side, but the location was perfect for the dancing competition we were attending at the nearly sports hall. The balcony looking out on the football stadium across the road was an added bonus for my daughter, who loves football.

Got a surprise as an extra charge for a kid on check-in while booking was confirmed for 2+1. Manager/director doesn't agree with my complain and seems believe they are right charging extra cost comparing to what you for in your booking confirmation. Poor air conditioning, didn't notice it on the reception and in corridors.

Location and staff could not have been better. Will be there again. The breakfast was excellent and the park next door was a great place to jog. I only read English and did not understand that street parking was not for overnight so that should be made clear to future guests.

we really enjoyed our stay - nice room (suite), nice staff, nice breakfast :) The hotel is definetely not centrally located but for our needs (festival) is was just perfect Also the garage is a very good service, the car always cool(ed) ;)
