Hotel Viktor

The hotel is good, the room isn't small, and the air conditioning works. It's super easy and quick to get to the historic center on the 80 or 88 bus, and it's nice and quiet. You can also leave your luggage before/after check-in. However, the reception desk is often empty, and they don't answer calls or messages. Because of this, I had to take the next train since there was no one to help me retrieve my luggage. There were also mascara-like stains on the bed linens (but not on the towels). The price and location make up for these drawbacks.

This is a hostel located in a small village on the outskirts of Bratislava. The facilities were very clean, and the staff were friendly. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the location offers excellent accessibility to Bratislava.

The guy at the reception was really nice. 13 minutes from Bratislava train station.

The fact that this room doesn't have a bathtub is a good thing; I prefer rooms without bathtubs because it's more hygienic to shower without having to worry about many other things. Plus, the price is quite reasonable. Since I was on a business trip nearby and it's close to my client's location, I'll definitely choose this room again if I need to visit that client next time.

The hotel is a bit far away, the service is very poor, the layout of the hotel room is unreasonable, it took a long time to find the room after going around in circles. The hotel waiter is not fluent in English, and there was no one at the front desk to provide service when checking out the next day. The bill was not provided proactively when checking in, and the email sent after leaving the hotel was ignored. Very bad physical examination, please be careful to avoid thunder.
