GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very comfortable! The location is great, and they offer a shuttle service to the ski slopes every day. Overall, it was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! I spent a long time choosing a hotel and finally picked this one because it had absolutely no negative reviews! I went there with the thought, 'How can a hotel have no bad reviews? I have to see it for myself!' After staying, I truly think it's wonderful 👏. The room had a view of the ski slopes! Plus, there's a bathtub so you can soak every day after coming back 🛁! And there are two cats you can pet!

But stepping into the lobby was a delightful surprise; it has a unique charm. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Oh, and a service attendant immediately brought me a bottle of warm water. Taking a sip, it warmed both my hands and my heart.

NNicole1132Accommodation prices in Altay City have skyrocketed due to the opening of the Ahe Highway, so advance booking is recommended. The guesthouse rooms are acceptable, but the soundproofing is poor. My room, perhaps because it was close to the laundry room, was still audible with the washing machine and dryer until 1 or 2 AM. I hope the guesthouse will mention this when assigning rooms, or at least try to provide other available rooms.

MmcccThis hotel offers incredible value, exceeding expectations in both service and room quality. The breakfast was decent too. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, but the hotel's pick-up service still honored their commitment to meet us, which was amazing! The front desk staff, Xiao Ai and Jia Jia, were very attentive. Even the cleaning lady who tidied up our room during our three-night stay was excellent. Definitely worth five stars, I hope they maintain this standard. I'll be back!

MM845636****Honestly, there's nothing bad to say. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming ❤️. We were a group of three, and they provided free airport pickup, which even Trip.com didn't offer us! As soon as we exited the airport, the pickup person was already there waiting. They even let us choose our room, which was just perfect! The view from the window of the General Mountain Ski Resort is absolutely unbeatable. The 'blue hour' moments were especially picturesque. The service was excellent, and they even gave us some naan bread to eat. The second floor has a terrace you can go out on, and the snowy view is stunning. Next time, maybe I'll ask the owner not to shovel the snow; the terrace would look even better with snow, but you'd have to be careful not to slip! The service was truly exceptional. This is definitely my top choice for General Mountain Ski Resort. Finally, the owner also recommended a delicious barbecue and Xinjiang restaurant, which was pretty good. The skewers had a very authentic Xinjiang flavor.

MM283948****This hotel is comprised of individual villas, nestled at the foot of General Mountain. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ski resort, and they even offer Mercedes shuttle service, which is incredibly thoughtful for tired skiers like me. Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming; they greeted me before I even entered, helped with my luggage, and immediately offered a warm cup of jujube tea. The room's design and decor were very tasteful and elegant. Lounging on the large armchair, looking out at the snow, was incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely be booking here again next year! Extremely satisfied!
