GGuest UserThis was, without a doubt, the best hotel resort we've ever stayed at. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the moment we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. I initially chose this hotel for its aesthetic, but it was even more stunning in person than the photos could ever capture. Every part of the hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless every day. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen.
What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the very first moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and offered lunch while we waited for our room. When we got to our room, we had an incredible view of both the pool and the beach—such a beautiful spot to relax.
The staff at the restaurants were warm, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. They remembered our drink preferences and were always genuinely excited to see us when we arrived. The team at the pool and beach bars went out of their way to make our experience even better, offering special drinks and assisting us whenever needed. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even said a word, and that level of attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.
One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later. The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares.
We became friends with the staff and were genuinely sad to leave them. They were not only incredibly professional but also seemed like real friends by the end of our stay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience, and I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work.
The resort has a laid-back vibe, with a blend of club music and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot. There are friendly staff members who offer massages and facials, but they are never pushy—just there if you’re interested.
As for the food, it was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options that changed every night with different themes, and each dish was delicious. We also dined at one of the specialty restaurants for a night, and the food there was equally impressive.
I can’t recommend this resort enough. It's hands down my favorite hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when I return to Sharm. If you’re looking for top-tier service, a stunning setting, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay!

GGuest UserA man in the staff uniform opened my room with an access card, without knocking the door or any other advance notice ( I even had a ‘do not disturb’ sign placed on the door too). Saw me inside the room, the man said ‘are you checking out today’. I said no. He closed the door and left, no apology or explanation why he entered in the first place. I made a complaint to the hotel receptionist, that person did not seem to care at all, only said that he will tell his manager, no apology either. This is very concerning and unprofessional. Very bad experience.

YYagmurliciousWe went as a couple and stayed 3days and 4 nights in this hotel. Locationwise is pretty amazing. Inside of the hotel is huge and well organized. We only had breakfast included but I suggest you to have all inclusive cause the food and variety of cuisine is amazing. The staff is very hospitable and welcome you HOME. They are vey helpful and kind and smily all the time.

HHazira izharWhite hills resort is astonishing. The view, the room, restaurant is superb. I dont need to review much. Just enjoy my camera roll from the resort. The only thing i want to highlight is their service. All staff are doing a good job, they are so passionate to serve the guests. Shoutout to my butler Mahmoud, he is amazing. He will be ready at your door whenever you need anything. I love the professionalism, the energy and enthusiasm in his work. And to Louerla, what a nice lady you are. Keep that sincere smile. Good job guys

AAbdoswissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation.
Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located 10-15min from Naama beach. Some guests told me later that it has a private beach, however noone from the stuff told me about it. There is a big swimming pool and entertainment for children outside. The rooms are average, the place can use a renovation. Two small bottles of water in the room, while tap water is not drinkable. Big minus - blankets without case and with unpleasant surface like in cheap hostel. Please improve that!
Right on the check-in the reception told me (not really asked) to buy stuff for him in a duty-free shop with money he was about to give me.l and was upset when I didn't. It should be clear here who is working for whom, but apparently in this hotel it is not.
Week internet in the room and even the lobby, disappiaring sometimes entirely. And when you need to enter a user name and password again in a pop-up window when connecting to the wifi.
