Amazing
GGuest UserGrand Josun Jeju is great for family. A whole floor of family floor dedicated to young children, and an indoor outdoor pool which is great for rainy or shine. Also complimentary sauna and optional massage parlour available. Location is at the south of island, which makes the travel to the North, East or West a little longer. If you don't mind the drive, it is a great option to stay especially for young family, or if you want to be away and have some quiet time.

Ddaisy9191This hotel truly defies description. On the surface, the exterior is absolutely fine – modern, grand, and beautiful. The pool was also quite decent. BUT!!! For a hotel costing 2,000-3,000 RMB a night, I could almost overlook the absence of breakfast and a sea view. However, the bathroom was an absolute disaster. Honestly, it's worse than a 200 RMB budget hotel back home. There was a filthy glass door, grime in every nook and cranny, and even the white mugs in the minibar had tea stains! If it weren't for the endless positive reviews on Xiaohongshu (XHS), I genuinely would not have chosen this hotel. Compared to the Shilla Hotel next door, the hygiene is appalling!!! And the service is dreadful!!! If you're just looking for photo opportunities and a 'pretty picture' for your social media, then by all means, go. But if you're hoping to truly relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday, I absolutely do NOT recommend it!

EExpatI really liked the property of the venue. I came to the area later in the day because it was raining on the island. Because I was in the midst of a circle around the island, I had already dealt with a rain storm at the folk Village and just needed to eat or clean up. I needed tea and a space to relax. There’s a plaza about five minutes walking from this property, and some of the amenities were closed at Playce when I arrived. I was also told at check-in that it was more like a hostel. The check-in process was fast. The room space is very small, but the design of the hotel rooms is neat and functional. Unfortunately, there’s no luggage rack, and there are limited hours for the café, laundry, play, and bar restaurant. I had two suitcases, so I used my bed and a MacGyver way to set the carry-on. I think this place is best suited for remote workers who are minimalists or trekkers/bikers. I still think the concept of Playce is unique. However, I wanted to go see the sunrise on the Ilchulbong hike and there’s no breakfast early in the morning. The coffee shop is not open until later either. The restaurant opens promptly at dinner time. The shop has very nice branded things, but I chose to purchase a couple of basic souvenirs. I felt a sense of hipster basically. Otherwise, the place is great. Price is best. Although the staff was very friendly and had lots of information, I do not feel that describing the venue as a hostel was appropriate. If I cannot get my tea or coffee when the popular attraction nearby is a 40 minute walk away or a five minute taxi, then I should at least have the option that a hostel does. This means I had to utilize the coffee that I took from the previous hotel in order to make my morning start the best at sunrise.. It was suggested that I go to a restaurant locally across the street by Starbucks at the 4pm check-in since the restaurant was not open until 6 PM. Even if I had my own snacks, the option I had was to use the hot water machine downstairs. Thinking back to a hostel, I did not have the hostel kitchen. The laundry was available if needed though. What I liked about this Playce despite the fact that it was a rainy day is the feature of the stage in the middle of the property and the fact that they do events locally on a regular basis. I liked the interior decorating and I did like the fact that they had a library/remote workers room. The food at the restaurant was delicious. When I did get to eat breakfast later in the morning after the hike (the hike spot had local shops), it was really good. When the café did eventually open, it was a very nice space. Food service literally saved my opinion late in the morning. I like the concept of the whole property and feel that it can do better in accommodating the hotel guests, especially when it is a Chinese holiday revolving around an upcoming Korean holiday. Hours of operation are not in sync with travelers, and it is definitely not with hostel amenities. It’s a hotel. I stayed at this location because of the price and vibe which was quite fine after 6pm. I really enjoyed the hike and the small village near the shore.

HHagga03The room and the property are very nice, the location is ok for some attractions, although a little far from most of the bars and restaurants. The service at this hotel is bizarre. They are incredibly strict about the check in and check out time, and quite rude, they welcome you with a very passive aggressive rules document which threatens several ways you can be fined or kicked out of the hotel, the bar/restaurant was closed 'forever' I was told, the elevator and corridors constantly have a smell like someone has farted in them. The breakfast food is poor, unseasoned and flavourless, even the butter is unsalted, poor selection, you have to compete with the staff for the best bits of the food as they eat in the restaurant at the same time and don't restock items, although they claim to do breakfast until 10 with last entry at 930, they tidy up around you at like 915 without asking if you're finished, and seem to expect you to clear your own table. If you put do not disturb in the morning they don't come clean later but just leave a carrier bag of towels outside, if you use they glassware in the room they don't clean it at all or replace it. Overall a very strange experience, maybe it's a cultural thing but from a western perspective this hotel has some of the worst service I've ever experienced, and I found it quite unwelcoming. For the money you'd be better off booking something from an American chain or similar.

GGuest UserThe Tht First 70 Hotel boasts incredibly convenient transportation. Just a short walk from the hotel, you'll find bus stops with various routes that can take you anywhere you wish to go. The surrounding area is also dotted with numerous land art installations, making it an excellent spot for photos. Olle Market's #7 entrance is just around the corner from the hotel, and during our 6-day, 5-night stay, exploring it truly became a daily routine for us. This hotel is an excellent accommodation choice, especially for independent travelers.

TTATIANAOur whole family really liked this hotel. The room was clean and had everything you need. The bed linen was clean and ironed. Towels were changed every day and they even gave more than 3 pieces. Very nice and helpful staff, the girl at the reception was very polite and patient, explaining some things to us. For an additional small fee, you can take breakfast and they were also good! We recommend this hotel ✨🩵

GGuest UserGetting here from the city center involves taking bus 510 and then about a ten-minute walk. However, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring attractions near Seogwipo. They offer luggage storage, even utilizing a disused restaurant space specifically for this. The sea view rooms are well-located; I'd recommend requesting a higher floor for the best views, as my room was on the fifth. The room itself was just average; it felt quite cramped with two suitcases opened, and the plush carpet looked a bit tired. The bathroom had a shower, which I actually liked as it's quite uncommon in Jeju. There's an infinity pool on the 7th floor, though it does incur an extra charge. While the front desk staff's English was passable, most communication was still in Korean. Overall, it felt like a domestic budget hotel with a sea view, which is understandable given the price point.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great; it's right across from a 7-Eleven, and the daily market is just a 10-minute walk away. Parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. They suggested parking in the free lot on the slope, but there were no spots available. In the end, the hotel arranged an off-site parking space for us (perhaps because we had an SUV). So, parking truly is limited.

GGuest UserFacilities: There is a refrigerator in the room. The shower facilities in the room have sufficient water pressure, but the disposable slippers are very thin. Health: OK Environment: The soundproofing is average. People in the corridor can hear it, but the surrounding area is quite quiet at night. The main reason is that it is relatively close to the ICC Convention Center. It can be reached in about ten minutes on foot, and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. It's very convenient for meetings, but there are few restaurants around and the convenience store has to be some distance away.

BBoyscout76Let me start with one thing: with a ”touch of young blood”. First location: sits in idyllic and panoramic view from the common balcony in 6F. A first time visitor to Jeju should at leats stay few days in Seogwipo (again, Jeju is divided into Jeju City and Seogwipo) as it showcase all the vest attractions in South, West and East Jeju) From Airport, take bus 600 and bus stop seogwipohang (31 stops from airport) Cleanliness: ilike to see the rooms no shoes and slipper allowed. It is clean and comfortable from heated floor and nice smelling beds and blankets and reasonable size locker rooms. Service: The giveaway price you paid also includes free breakfast. Again, i explain later why it has a touch fresh blood, you will love to see new ideas in kitchen liek SeomBucks, SeomWay and many more. But what most I dont understand is why there are sweets (candies) also in Shower rooms. Fridge, you can have all you want to put in and get a personal space. Facilities: The hostel in 6F overlooks the seogwipo sub-marine park. It is also within walking distance to a waterfall park. The rooftop also is so spacious (that you can hold a basketball) and a laundry. The property caretaker, is literally a young blood, a college student having school breaks due to some injury and is managing this little haven is full of ideas, ready to jump and help, fluent in English and undoubtedly above average IQ/EQ. He surely can deal with picky and demanding foreigners and locals alike to get the best feeling at-home experience. This why i said there is a touch of YOUNG BLOODS. Ps: I canceled several of my bookings in another hotel and extended my stay here. The price with breakfast,
