AAnonymous UserNice hotel with spacious room. There is ample parking in the basement car park. Away from the hustle and bustle of KL. The shower and toilet is separate which is a benefit. The only issue was the lack of place to hang clothes for showers so it makes it tricky if staying with friends. Have to hang on shower door handle that is outside and open the door to take the clothes when done showering. Big mirrors at wardrobe door and sink area mirror is marvelous, great to check outfit before heading out.

GGuest UserA worthy 5 Stars Hotel and it is actually more to resort. The distance from the lobby to my room (Block 3) is quite far but no issue to drag my bags since I'm using thier bellhop service.
Swimming pool is there, nothing much to comment just a standard swimming pool, not a toddler friendly.
No arcade, no kids playing room and no fancy slide at the swimming pool for kids. It is good for business traveller but not for families.
Service desk is tiptop.!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean. I love its bedding, pillows, and towels; they are white, clean, crisps and smells fresh. The ambient is great and the hotel is quite well kep and maintained.
However, they dont have enough staff to provide good anf prompt service. There are days when house keeping cleans room after 4 pm.
I booked family three room because the size stated at trip.com page is 39 metre square, but it is just about 16 metre square, I guess. I felt so cramped inside with a lot of luggage and training items. It is really misleading. And no mirror is provided in the room except bathroom.
The aircond ourlet pipe is in the bathroom making the floor wet all the time.
I hope some things can be improved to
