KKiki852Location is top-notch and very convenient. The room we booked was nice and comfortable. The service was particularly good; every employee we encountered after getting out of the Grab, whether at the front desk, in the room, at the ground-floor café, or the rooftop restaurant, was friendly and helpful!
Breakfast on the rooftop was very pleasant. Although the choices weren't too many, we enjoyed having pho every day, which was quite unique. I especially want to praise Tom, who was responsible for the noodles or bánh mì; he was very diligent, setting himself apart from the other staff and making breakfast even better!

We stayed in the old wing in a corner room (203)which was comfortable and serviced daily to a high standard.Lovely large and opulent bed with luxurious bedding, just the tv needing to be upgraded, but with so much hyper activity in Saigon it’s not really a ‘ must have ‘.
All the personnel were properly trained,charming,elegant and professionally careing. Check in was swift and painless,with the required essential hotel info delivered by a great chap who assisted us throughout our stay.
Delightful pool,never overcrowded,only slightly grumpy rather arrogant older pool bar guy needing to retrain in guest protocol.All other pool staff were excellent.
Food in the hotel was marvellous,a sumptuous multi national breakfast provided to the high standard Vietnam offers to all visitors, and a good bar menu.
I would happily return to this hotel.

VvictormuzzyFantastic hotel with a great location! It's super easy to get a DiDi (ride-sharing app) here. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk to the famous Vietnamese pho spot and the best bakery. 😄 Behind the hotel, on the main road, there's a bun shop that opened in 1975 – their big buns are quite interesting! The hotel breakfast is amazing, everything is delicious! For lunch, the beef pho has so much meat, definitely a must-try! 👍🏻 All the nearby tourist attractions are within walking distance. The staff's English is excellent, so communication is a breeze! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

NNaw VictoriaHotel is located at the nice place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s modern style hotel so you can checks in at the kiosk by yourself. The room is quite small but it’s big enough for me as I am solo traveler. The room looks very new and clean.There is a locker so it’s very good. I didn’t book for the room which includes breakfast . When I check in I ask the staff whether I can purchase on the day itself or how does it work. She said I can get 50% discount when I purchase on the day I check in and it’s buffet style. Then I grabbed it. There a lot of local food and western food.It’s worth it to grab it. I will come back again. I stayed at 18 Jul 25.

BBiersanglvluLe Méridien lives up to its reputation; the brand itself guarantees perfection! The room was spotless and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The hygiene was also top-notch, the environment was superb, and the service was warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, efficient, and enthusiastic. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! It's especially great for business trips, family vacations, or romantic getaways. All in all, I highly recommend it to everyone! I'll definitely be back if I have the chance, and I'll make it a regular spot!

GGuest UserThe hotel location is excellent. The breakfast has plenty of varieties and some items are changed daily. The room and bathroom are also big and clean. However we do have a little problem with the bathtub design which caused water to flow onto the floor. The housekeeping was helpful and helped us to mop up the flooded floor and placed towels on the edge of bathtub to prevent water from flowing to the floor again.

IImmnd95Overall, we had a good stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which we greatly appreciated.
We did encounter a few things that impacted our comfort, which we wanted to mention:
The suite we booked was located directly across from the lift, which was a little disruptive. We ended up moving to a smaller room, even though we had paid for the suite.
The door lock handle on the room unexpectedly came off. While they did fix it very quickly on the same day, it was a bit of a surprise.
The gym was quite hot and stuffy; some improved ventilation or air-conditioning would make it much more pleasant to use.

AAnonymous UserI was originally scheduled to leave Ho Chi Minh City for Cambodia on August 21st. However, due to policy changes, I had to cancel my trip to Cambodia, so I ended up staying a few extra days in HCMC before returning home. My usual hotel (of the same chain) was fully booked, which led me to this particular branch.
The hotel's location was inaccurately marked on the map, making it incredibly difficult to find. We spent a long time searching, and even though it's supposedly right by the roadside, their map directions were completely unhelpful.
Once we finally located it, the check-in process was riddled with issues. We had trouble getting into our room, tried contacting staff online but received no response, and it took a long time to even get properly settled in.
Overall, the environment, check-in process, and the entire experience were quite disappointing. To make matters worse, there's what seemed to be a karaoke bar (KTV) right next door, with singing continuing until the early hours of the morning, severely disrupting our sleep.
I definitely do not recommend this specific hotel. I suggest trying its sister property, 'Central Living Hotel', instead.
