Easy check in/out processs, nice front desk staff. Overall good stay

Because of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel.

It was all good, except the key card for lift and room access was always a problem. I need to go to the reception couple times a day. The staff was very helpful though.

Hotel team was very friendly and lovely. Room was clean but sad that was impossible to open the window to get fresh air, good to us that in the room was air conditioner. One more minus that there wasn’t slippers, because we forgot ours. Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing 10/10.

The room is spacious, the staff is courteous, the breakfast variety is sufficient, and the restaurant environment is comfortable. It is very convenient to get to and from Heathrow, so it is very suitable for family guests. However, there are few restaurants or shops nearby.

The environmental sanitation is ok. You can stay wherever you want because the location is a bit remote and there is nothing special nearby.

The check-in staff was really friendly! I had a comfortable stay The room was spacious and in good condition.

You still have to look for the hotel chain. You won’t step into any trap. The price is very low if you book early. I will always book hotel chains of this brand.

Cleanest Premier Inn I've been too. All communal areas were spotless and the room was very good too. No noise from the M4 nearby. Very friendly staff and only 15min walk away from the tube which was about 30 mins then into central London. Perfect for our short stay in London.
