London Kew Bridge

Ideal location for visiting Kew Gardens. Rooms and common areas clean and tidy. The only issue we had was having to ask for another towel as we only had one in the room. I noted several people reporting the same thing so probably worth their time in ensuring that if two people book a room then they will need two towels ! Lots of restaurants and pubs close by for evening meals and breakfast if you prefer to eat out. Felt very safe in the area when out at night.

Mid week stay. Friendly staff. Automated check in didn’t recognise me or booking but staff there in a few mins and door card given quick and easy.

Premier Inn Kew was in a great location for attractions in the area. Staff were very friendly and obliging. Food good but if staying for longer than a couple of days the choice would be limited. Car park not very secure, many reviews of break ins.

Very friendly staff but problem with amenities which come with premier inn plus rooms No refills and you have to ask for vouchers WiFi wise ! Breakfast juices less than nectar quality stumbled eggs very bad

Do not stay in this 'hotel'. I was surprised that my room was not really that clean when I arrived. We only had one towel. The basin was dirty. Actually not sure if the sheets were clean! I asked the person on reception for another towel and it was handed to me without an apology. After the first night the room was not serviced so I asked reception staff AGAIN when they would be doing it and they told me 'soon'. On returning late the room hadn't been done and our wet towels were still in a pile. Went to reception AGAIN. Handed towels again and pointed to the tea and milk. Honestly, I wondered if they expected me to clean the room myself. We will never stay there again. Stayed in many Premier Inns before and have always had our rooms cleaned and towels changed after each night. This one is awful.

We have just stayed at this hotel and went to our car in the hotels underground car park this morning after checking out only to discover that our car had been broken into. The back windscreen had been shattered and our belongings stolen. Upon reporting this to reception they informed us that they were already aware of us and 3 other cars it had happened to, but didn't think to tell us or the other victims. They also told us this was happening "every other night " This begs the question why did they not tell us this was happening and give us the opportunity to empty the boot of our estate car and leave the cover off so that it would have been obvious it was empty. The hotel staff couldn't have cared less and simply gave us a crime number. When we asked for a dustpan and brush we weren't lent one and were told to just " brush it on the floor". DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK Our car would have been safer parked on a street. Absolutely shocking

First time staying here. Great location for Kew Gardens and great nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Although there were only two of us our room was huge, and with floor to ceiling windows it was very bright. It was on the side away from the road so pretty quiet with a nice outlook. The underground car park was, not surprisingly, pretty dingy. Not sure I would want to be there at night although we didn’t see any problems. Overall great value and a much better option than another budget hotel nearby which has really gone downhill.
