The room was a disaster! Ants and beetles in the room, including in the bed. Shower dirty. You couldn't lock the room. Last but not least, we had to pay again even though we had already paid online when booking. Never again!!!!!

Ottima ubicazione, almeno per le mie esigenze, personale cortese e molto disponibile, ottima e ricca colazione.

One point because you can't do less, an experience to forget due to the dirty, suspicious mirrors above the bed, the confirmation from the receptionist who tells us that in those room numbers people stay for a few hours at night. But can it? And they sing the Tripadvisor sticker. Immediate control

Arrived at 3pm, took 3 rooms. At 11pm one of the 3 had been assigned to others. They give us another one, very dirty. We expect them to clean it for us. Almost 1 hour of waiting and we are past midnight. Finally in bed, suddenly a TV at full volume starts broadcasting a news program or something similar, we leave the room to ask that the reception TV be turned off given the time. We are told that it is the owner who is listening to her, so what?? He must turn it off, even if it were the Pope. And finally they turn it off. Very large rooms but dilapidated furniture, bathtubs repaired at best, signs of wear everywhere, plaster coming off the walls, doors dragging on the floor. Toilet seat broken so much so that a lady was injured. Breakfast? No comments apart from the cappuccino and coffee. Salty not received. Bagged snacks from the supermarket and some quite tasty cakes. I could write a thousand other things but I'll stop here. Naturally we made our complaints at the time of payment and they gave us a discount but for me who had booked the 3 rooms it was a terrible impression. I had to apologize to my friends I don't know how many times and I'm still embarrassed.

Room as in the photo, not new but not very old either. Dirty and rusty bathroom and hair on the floor. Sheets with holes as in the photo. And why Jumanji? Simple, presence of unidentified insects infesting the room. Shame about the staff who were always polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast varied and acceptable

Raramente visto un posto così brutto e triste, vecchio , con personale non preparato. Camere molto spartane, bagno e tutto il resto che meriterebbero una bella e forte ristrutturazione. Peccato perché è a due passi dall’autostrada . Non ci verrò più

premetto che noi avevamo la stanza grande ,insonorizzata verso il cortile interno.(che consiglio ). e comodo x andare ovunque con l autostrada a pochi passi, nel complesso il mio giudizio e positivo. la nostra stanza era veramente silenziosa, direi pulita e in ordine. c era tutto ciò che serve x un soggiorno breve in un hotel. il personale e stato più che gentile e la colazione sufficientemente varia e assortita. ok forse 4 stelle sono troppe ,ma il prezzo non e da 4 stelle .noi abbiamo soggiornato come base x girare il lago di garda .e in pochi minuti di autostrada ci si arriva.
