The hotel was very clean. The staff were welcoming, understanding, and attentive if you wanted to change rooms.

Hotel well located. Room OK. Standard Oceania bedding. It's a shame the city of Brest isn't very exciting.

Great location, friendly service

Great staff. Friendly and professional wea are traveling with a sports team and this was one of the best hosts we ever had.

This hotels location was extremely convenient. Right in the middle of Brest close to all amenities. It was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast every morning was good. We stayed for four nights. Customer service however was questionable. The lock on our hotel room was faulty, our keys would only work once, allowing us in to our room, but each time we left it wouldn’t allow us back in. We were on the 5th floor so this was inconvenient as we’d have to go back down to get another key. The man at reception accepted that it was the fault of the door, but unfortunately after a while we started to feel like a nuisance. Nobody addressed the matter or in anyway tried to compensate us for our inconvenience. Also when we told him the cleaning staff left our hotel room door open, he said that he would alert them to their mistake, but otherwise showed indifference to their error and to the care of our belongings. Such a pity

We stayed 6 nights at the Hotel Oceania in Brest. The hotel was very nice. Our room was a corner room on the fifth floor and it was comfortable and spacious room with three windows. The bathroom was also very spacious.. Nice staff, good location. Good restaurant.

First of all, the location was good, so it was convenient to use the singdang and go shopping. The quality of the accommodation seemed excellent for the price, and the quick response to the guest's needs was good. If I visit Brest again, considering other accommodations, I would like to use this place again.

Comfortable room. Excellent service. I had a problem with my PC and they really helped me, out of the ordinary, and found a solution. In particular Sandrine at reception and Benoît Houssais, the Director of the hotel. I was very grateful for their kind assistance and great customer care.

Hotel has great location being central and restaurants by the sea walkable. (will be uphill coming back though). Room spacious and clean and any noise from outside is faint. Good range for breakfast. Staff had very good English and were friendly. Checkout time was by 12 which was useful.

Quick stop but this hotel is more than adequate. If you’re used to a typical European hotel, this will not surprise you. Rooms are small but have what you need for a stay. Breakfast was fine, but not over the top. Several restaurants nearby to find food. Staff was friendly

What a fabulous stay we had, from the warm welcome at reception to a friendly goodbye from the team. We had the most comfortable and luxurious room, it was a real home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they recommend places to see, shops and bars to visit. The restaurant is exceptional with a lovely array of dishes. I cannot recommend this well run hotel enough, go and enjoy a friendly environment. Thank you to all the staff.

A difference in the price which was given to us by the hotel and which was not respected. Too bad because otherwise everything was very suitable and I would have recommended it.
