When I checked in the 2 women didnt even bother to say hello while I stood there for 10 minutes. All I got was a monotone what can I do for you. No hello, welcome how are you today. I stayed many times in the past but this will be my last stay

Getting a bit run down. It was much better when Best Western was running it. Front desk staff was not very helpful and I tried using the text option for contact and never got any response.

We’ve stayed here in the past and it was great, however this time not so much. The shower had hair in it. The microwave was filthy. There was no toilet paper. No washcloth. Very disappointed.

Close to the ski resort with a convenient shuttle. Loved the outdoor hot tub. Wish the on site restaurant had better food, but we ended up eating there every night since we didn’t want to drive in the snow and the shuttle stops operating at 5. Quick tip the hot water runs out around 7 pm when everyone is back and taking showers so you need to plan acccordingly. Overall decent accommodations and we would stay there again

TV did not work for 3 nights that we were there and they did not fix it. The final night the heater broke and they had to move us to a new room finally.
Asked to upgrade the room (of course I would pay for it) when we arrived and they said it cant be done (strange).
Breakfast and food can get much better.
Location and fire place is the best thing about the hotel.

Nice property, nice stafff, but rooms, no sound proofing. I could hear the neighbors beside, up above and in the hallways. Sound level was an irritating 10.
