Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Anything requested was attended to. The rooms were large compared to other European hotels, seperate bathroom and separate toilet. The hotel is situated centrally in Briancon and close to restaurants.

Wonderful experience at Hotel Vauban. We stayed for a week to ski, on arrival at 11am we were delighted to be able to check in after a 3am start. During the week all the staff were so nice to us. The reception were excellent and spoke excellent English. Rooms were comfortable plenty hot water and comfortable beds. Great to recommend and book Resturaunts for us. 5 minutes to ski lifts. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you very much to everyone at Hotel Vauban.

Just returned from a ski week staying at this hotel with my husband and daughter. We had 2 very comfortable rooms with lovely views and a great bathroom with a fab shower with plentiful hot water. The hotel experience was excellent. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, recommending and booking restaurants for dinner and advising about ski equipment and lifts. The closest lift was a short 5 minute walk away. There were many restaurants within 5 minutes walk away and many more up in the medieval city which is a 20 minute walk or 5 mins by (frequent) bus or taxi, and definitely worth a visit.

Très bon accueil en arrivant le dimanche après midi. j'ai séjourné une semaine du 22 au 29 septembre avec ma mère. Mention spéciale à Sylvain, un réceptionniste qui travaille l'après-midi : très agréable, souriant, de bon conseil et toujours à l'écoute, il a toujours un mot gentil et apprécie le contact, quel plaisir d'avoir à faire à un personne comme lui ! Les chambres sont modernes et propres, elles ont été refaites ainsi que les salles de bains, accessibles par un ascenseur. la literie est bonne, la seule chose qui manque c'est un peu plus de rangement pour les vetements. la chambre dispose d'un fauteuil club avec une petite table ronde ainsi qu'un bureau avec une chaise et une petit réfrigérateur bien pratique. il y a une bouilloire électrique et une petite bouteille d'eau est à disposition chaque jour. il y a aussi un coffre à code gratuit pour mettre ses effets de valeur. tout le personnel est aimable et souriant. l'hotel est situé à proximité du centre ville, 5mn à pieds et il y a plusieurs restaurants ouverts midis et soirs. le parking de l'hotel est grand et juste à coté, il est surveillé.

Dopo un'ottima accoglienza in cui il consierge ci é venuto incontro per invitarci a parcheggiare la moto in un posteggio coperto e gratuito, abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e la cordialità del personale. Camere spaziose e ben arredate. Letto comodissimo e ottimi prodotti per il corpo. Super consigliato!

Voici un hôtel de très grande qualité, accueil formidable de simplicité ,de sourire, de professionnalisme, nous avions choisi une suite et c'est vraiment très bien, petit salon parfait, toilettes à part, salle de bains très pratique, bonne chambre avec literie impeccable, félicitations également au personnel du ménage car la chambre et nette et très propre. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits très frais et régionaux et copieux avec un large choix. L'hôtel est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix et également le petit déjeuner. Félicitations à tout le monde du patron à tout le personnel, accueil, ménage , petit déjeuner car grâce à vous nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons chaleureusement.

Un hôtel très bien situé, les remontées mécaniques étant très proches. Chambre confortable, refaite. Salle de bains idem. Buffet de petit déjeuner copieux, varié et de qualité. Parking à côté de l’hôtel sous vidéo surveillance. Une excellente étape

Excellent séjour à l'hôtel vauban. Un Excellent accueil des notre arrivée, pourtant tardive. Le personnel et le patron sont très sympa, à l'écoute et prêts à rendre service. La literie est très confortable, avec pleins d'oreillers !!! Chambre spacieuse, calme. Salle de bains spacieuse. Toilettes séparés (quand même plus agréable !!) Le petit déjeuner copieux et gourmand, le bar agréable et convivial. Le patron est un motard qui aime les motards, et qui partage sa passion de la moto et de l'accueil. Nous y retournerons !
