When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk spite waiting 5 minutes just being courteous I waited over 10 minutes not once but twice and that was just for checking in.. the first room that was given to me was an accessible room with small bugs hiding in the crevices of the shower, lastly the next room I was assigned it was fairly decent until I went to sleep woke up and saw a daddy long leg( centipede) sleeping right there on the wall just enjoying its stay right along with me and I always bring my own personal cleaning supplies at every hotel I ever stay at and none where like this… overall cleaning wasn’t good and neither was the front desk service your welcome!

The front desk clerk that works the evening /night front "customer service" desk has a horrible attitude. When asked for utensils, she questioned "staff didn't put any in your room?" I've stayed for a couple days now and all the other desk services have been a breeze. Not sure what her name is,she never has a name tag on. My first encounter with this lady was the first visit checking in. She made me wait for 20 mins (before saying she'd be there in 10)after calling emergency number when no one is at front desk. She came to counter and just stares me down with no greeting or remorse of the wait. She needs to be informed on what concierge is when working in customer service.

Upon arrival front desk clerk wasn't there. I worked a double shift so I was tired and ready to relax. Called on phone provided when staff isn't available. Staff with an attitude said I'll be there in 10 min. Went to my car waited 20 min. Called service phone

The staff members were not only pleasant but also incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. Their exceptional service made a significant difference in my overall experience.
I was delighted to find that my room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were cozy and comfortable. It contributed to a stress-free and happy time for my boys and me during our stay.
I am genuinely grateful for the excellent staff and the facilities provided. Thanks to them, my stay was nothing short of perfect. It is without a doubt that I will choose Extended Stay America again for my future visits.

Everything and everyone was nice and helpful except for the lady at night / afternoon always complained and never wanted to get out of her seat to get anything I asked made it seem like I was bothering her. Also I believe the general manager is the same as the other one in bridgeton and I made a mistake one day extended online accidentally chose the wrong extended stay and they banned me from the hotel lol. In all honesty I wouldn’t stay here again or try the other one in bridgeton they’re unprofessional only reason I stayed there for 2 weeks is because they had a kitchen.
