Loved the hotel. Great staff. Dinner took way too long to get food and really was the worst meal we had in Switzerland. We were disappointed that there was only one restaurant to choose from. Breakfast was amazing.

Excellent service and breathtaking view. Eating at Parkrestaurant Les Cascades is a must. Their course menu changes every day. Nicolas was a great server. All staff are great and accommodating. If you want to experience historical site- this is a place to be.

The cashier at the patio restaurant didn’t pay attention while taking my order at around 3 pm on 18 July 2023. Instead she kept talking to her friend even though I and a line of other customers was in front of her waiting to order.
