It was quite comfortable stay..the staff was really very helpful..all basic amenities were provided..it was a wonderful stay, the location is indeed quite impressive, close to beach , pier..n most of food outlets are near by..n..within reasonable price... Thanks

This is just a scam! You won't get the door code to get in, and when you contact the hotel, you don't get your money refunded. After you have paid, you are told that you will receive an email with instructions on how to open the door to the hostel. However, the email does not arrive, and it is not possible to call and speak to anyone. The money is taken, and you do not get it back.

This was not advertised as a back packers hostel on ***********. We had to find alternative accommodation, it was above a ***** club/ massage parlour. Outside our room groups of men were hanging around we felt really unsafe, it smelt of ******** . When we were in our room if there was a fire there was no means of a fire escape this place is a death trap

I stayed here in 2018 for 1 night and they were very clean and polite and so welcoming and helpful providing an amazing service clean beds and nice people, plus you have access to the internet, and very affordable to stay, highly recommend

cancelled after the appalling customer service. No one answers phone .all check in online with confusing info re last minute .com when I booked with ***********.why!!!. Suffer with anxiety and ptsd. They've still taken my money. Do not book with this hotel I'm so angry and upset.

Paid good money for a 2 night break, first time to Brighton. Booked through ***********. Pictures and description seemed good so booked. On arrival, contactless. Room key in a key pad access box outside of room. Room smelt awful. Shower in room was filthy. Shared toilet stunk of smoke and unclean. Tried contacting owners but no response. Decided to leave and complain once home. Basically told non refundable and what do you expect from budget accommodation, something not made clear to me at time of booking. Ruined our first visit and anniversary trip.

My email being on the home computer did not get to me so I didn't have the passcode for the front door which led to a lot of problems and confusion. On arrival there was a staff member there but as the door was open we just walked in, and he did give us the code for our room key but did not check if we had the code for getting in the front door (we did not have it as it was on my home email!), we were helped eventually later that day by a man who was staying permanently there who helped us get in and out! But there should be someone on staff around surely and the phone number was not being answered!!!!??? No way to get hold of staff of manager! Also broken glass in the hallway on Saturday morning when we left and STILL no staff on site! AVOID!
