A really beautiful hotel with kind staff. I don't regret splurging on a beach view room. The bed was so comfortable I felt like I was at home in my own bed. The breakfast was a bit fancy for my taste, but it was still yummy. The shower was fantastic with excellent temperatures and water pressure. I was a bit early for check in (3pm) so they took my suitcase and brought it to the room once it was ready. I was able to get a drink at the bar while I waited. There's something nostalgic about using an actual metal key to unlock one's hotel room. I walked in and the music was on and it smelled good. I felt content there. I will definitely return if I ever find myself in Brighton again.

I had been wanting to stay here for quite sometime and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interiors with such care and attention to detail. Everything was aesthetically pleasing but also practical. The bathrobes were the softest I’d had anywhere and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Really friendly staff, well stocked pantry and great location. We’ll gladly stay again!

The service was actually very good but very strange check out policy. Check out was at 11am which was fine. We requested for a later check out but the reception told me that there will be someone arriving at 1:30pm so latest check out time will be 11:30am . ( This is rather odd because on the day we arrived , the hotel were well aware that we will be arriving at 11:30 am but we weren’t offered a earlier check in but at 3:00pm). Told the reception about this and their explanation was that the guest paid an extra £50 and so they can check in earlier . No one have ever told us about this and if this is the case, we would have paid an extra £50 for earlier check in. What a stupid and nonsense policy !!!! Very stingy on tolietries - shampoo / shower gel. The hotel doesn’t even refill 1/3 of the bottle . The room wasn’t cheap at all and I didn’t expect all the above but apart from this , it was a great stay

We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too! We didn't eat at the hotel but we did sit in the hotel bar and the cocktails and bar staff were great.

Clean and nice staf

Very nice hotel, great environment, the smell in the room makes people feel very relaxed. But when I checked out, the hotel made a wrong deduction from me and has not dealt with this matter, which has resulted in me not receiving my refund yet.
