Practical room space. Wider than expected. Location is excellent! A bit noise from the window facing the main street Daily cleaning room service is a plus Value price!

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the space was well-organized. Although the room wasn’t very large, it felt practical and suitable for a solo traveler or a couple. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Bed is quite small for twin bed. Overall, it was perfect

Less than a minute walk from Brighton train station, making this very practical if you’re in town for a short trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very helpful staff and they have a left luggage service as well as late night check in. All this makes it a great choice at an affordable price.

Great location, 1 min walk from the train station, bus stop to Seven sister. You can take 12A or 12X to Seven Sisters.

The hotel was right by the train station so easy to drop off luggage then head out and leave our luggage there when we checked out as we had a few hours before our train home. We had an issue with our room and the staff were so very helpful could not do enough. They could not move us but offered a one night refund, breakfast free of charge. We felt like royalty. Big thanks to staff members Gracjan, Justin and Alice who just made everything perfect for us. The choice on the breakfast menu was amazing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and we became members of there hotel chain for future stays.

Everything was convenient, and check-in was fast. The location is right next to the train station, perfect for an overnight stay after a late train. There was no water in the room, and only two large towels, one of which was torn. No adapters for local outlets, so charging a phone was difficult but possible. There was street noise from the windows, so earplugs are a must. Otherwise, everything was great!

Clean, everything worked, generous staff with their tea concessions. Really good service! Even brought up a bowl of honey for mum who was sick A neighbour woke me up at 2am and a staff member helped me shut down their party

I stayed there for one night. Asked for a quiet room but the street noise was still really loud since it's facing the main street. But it's so easy to find from the station. I could also hear water hitting the shower floor through the ceiling and the whole facility seems outdated. Bed was comfortable though. The breakfast was fine. They seem to accommodate people with different diertey requirements The worst experience was a smoke detector tester knocking on the door in the morning. Why can they just wait for a few hours until the check out or at least inform ahead of time? I'm a female staying alone and there's a man just knowing and coming into the room, it's really scary.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Tiny issue with the AC which they were very helpful about. Super clean and great location. Windows keep out the noise really well (7th floor). Breakfast was well prepared, very good range and lots of it. Much appreciated.
