The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa

We had a good sleep at night, the window view is good as we can see the solar eclipse. But the bathroom has some issue, the bathing area is limited which it cause a bit leaking.

Great hotel, friendly staff, elegant rooms, clean and centrally located with the best breakfasts I might add.

Really excellent value for money. Very clean, room to a high standard, responsive staff, excellent breakfast, and a handy location for restaurants.

Overall, my stay was okay. The location is decent, the service was average, and the amenities were satisfactory for the price. However, the main issue was that the bedroom was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing and affected my comfort. Apart from that, everything else was fine. With better attention to room cleanliness, this could be a much better experience.

Great location in Kemptown on a quiet street just a short stroll up from Brighton Pier. They have rooms with balconies and views bit I didn’t mind the deluxe room which was in the basement. Very clean and spacious room with a little seating area at the far end underneath a skylight. Nice clean bathroom with spacious shower. Really worth the price if you don’t mind not having any views. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers spa treatments and massages

Beautifully decorated room with a small balcony to enjoy the sun . The room was big, very clean and the bed comfy. Bed linen crisp and pillows just right. We had air conditioning or could open the windows to let the sea air in! The bathroom, toiletries and towels good quality. Theres a safe, fridge and good sized wardrobe with shelves . Kettle with tea and coffee also a coffee pod machine to use. We didn’t book for breakfast but it was an option. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would recommend
