Disappointing third stay – major decline in quality and maintenance Pros Strategic Location: Excellent spot with plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Very easy access to local attractions. Comfortable Sleep: The bed was high quality and provided a good night's rest. Spacious Room: The room size was generous for a family stay. Functional Water Heater: The shower heater worked perfectly, which is essential for the cold Cameron Highlands weather. Cons Poor Maintenance: The hotel feels dated, and the furniture is poorly maintained. Most concerningly, the door latch was broken, which felt like a safety oversight. Hygiene Issues: The carpet was not vacuumed properly; we found hair everywhere upon arrival. Unacceptable Linen Quality: No towels were provided in the room at check-in. I had to go down to reception to collect them myself, only to find they were in terrible condition with visible holes. We felt uncomfortable using them and ended up buying our own. Misleading Window: While the room had a window, it offered no view—only a close-up look at a wall. Declining Service: This was my third time staying here, but the hospitality has significantly declined. Final Thoughts I’ve enjoyed my previous stays here, but this experience was very unsatisfying. Given the lack of cleanliness and poor attention to detail, this will unfortunately be my last time staying at Rainbow Hotel.

Quite a good stay. Very friendly customer service. Just limited parking space but still able to find one. Overall good.

Not recommend for holiday unless you just want a short stay. Near roadside and mosque, noisy, can’t sleep well at night Old hotel, old carpet, shower may a problem, water not hot enough in cold weather. Difficult to get parking place The only good thing is strategy location, convenience to get what you want in the Brinchang town.

Hotel is good..suitable for couple or family..location is good..

Overall is good. Very convinient. Food, mini mart, parking all available. One disadvantage is....., early morning before sun breaks, praying sound of the mosque is toooooo loud. The window sound proving system maybe can improve a bit. Kettle provided but no coffee tea 😭.

Near shops & restaurants. Have public parking but first come first serve. Cleanliness is okay.

Overall and experiences wise are all excellent. Location is good and at the centre of brinchang. Foods and necessities are all downstair of hotel. The room quite big and so is the washroom. The only to improve are the electric plugs that quite loose need attention.

Will repeat to stay once travel holiday at cameron

The room was lovely, the hotel was clean, and it had good facilities, including an elevator. Safee.

The price is reasonable. The room was clean, but felt a bit old and had some stains. There were limited power outlets. No electric kettle was provided; hot water was available downstairs. The elevator was fast. Be careful when entering the bathroom.
