The hotel has a great location, right next to the City Hall. It also provides acceptable arrangements when overbooking occurs. However, some amenities have been closed, probably due to maintenance or weather, but alternative options at the Sofitel are feasible.

Located in central area, east to access from & to Brisbane central station. All the restaurants & shopping area just a one block away. The hotel attached to another hotel with the same group, so need to share the restaurants & swimming pool which is a bit crowded. Room just simple & very basic to compare the price we paid. It's a bit expensive.

We were very disappointed. We did not expect that the service of Pullman Hotel, Accor Group, would be this bad. We stayed in room 959 and went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. We ordered 4 dishes in total, excluding drinks. The first 2 dishes were served normally. After we finished eating, we sat and waited. After about 35 minutes, the other 2 dishes were not served. We called the staff that the food was not complete yet. The staff said to wait a moment. We sat and waited. After 10 minutes, we asked the second staff. The staff said to wait a moment.
