Fawlty Towers, all thats missing is Basil and Cybil. It’s 70s Grot. No Bar, Restaurant Closed, No facilities. Been in Australia 30 years and this is the worst hotel. Dont waste your money. The young receptionist Nicola was fresh and friendly she needs another job. Just checked out and cant stop smiling

I loved staying here. Me and my friend were able to get a very good location to fortitude valley. Also had a very high elevation so was able to see the entire city well :)

I had a booking for me and my friend we called after hours check in the lady who we spoke with so mean and didn’t want to check my reservation with the booking number and she looking for my reservation with my full name and she told me I do not have a reservation while I explained to her that we do booked online and already been paid but no one gives a **** about us and we ended up sleeping on the street me and my friend with the frozen 🥶 weather

This time we marched to Brisbane and checked into the hotel lobby. However, once we got to the room, there was a strong smell, just like India. It was full of tomato flavor. The nearest bunk was not provided and there was only one room. Thin blanket. The second night after dinner, I went back to the shop. There was a strong smell of cooking oil smoke, which would last another 2-3 hours. The room was unhygienic and the decoration was dilapidated. I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is one of the worst! I will definitely not stay here again next time.
