We spent 2 nights at Oaks Brisbane. Our stay was wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. Front desk staff was welcoming, very helpful, easy to talk too . Our room had all the amenities described in the booking and an amazing view. The bed and pillows so comfortable...had a great sleep. We will be back. Thank you

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel with family! The rooms were clean, the staffs were friendly, borrowing us umbrellas on super wet day. Location is perfect, nice view too, highly recommend for a family getaway!

The hygiene condition of the beds in the hotel is very poor. There are small insects on the sofa. My partner slept on the sofa for a while and was bitten by insects all over his back

Housekeeping standard ia not consistent. Dirty plates were just put in the dish washer without any cleaning tablet. Subsequent days they dirty plate and pots left in the basin were not even put into the dish washer. Had to boil hot water to rinse off the grease and buy my own dishwashing liquid to clean the plates. Towels and laundry detergent not replaced. However location and view is excellent.

Excellent location. It just took minutes to take a trip by ferry. The famous shopping center was just down to the street. The receptionists were great and cheerful. The kitchenette was quite good for preparing food just like at home.

The rooms were spacious and equipped with cooking utensils and other facilities, so I was able to stay comfortably. There was a hair dryer in each room, and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were also provided, which was nice. I would definitely like to stay here again if I travel to Brisbane.

I stayed there over the weekend to enjoy the Brisbane Festival. The location was convenient and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained for their age, but on the day of my stay, there was a problem with the facilities and the hot water did not come out well throughout the building, which was very disconcerting. I went with my children and had to take a cold shower, and there was only a notice late, but no action was taken, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is a bit old, there is no shower curtain or sliding door, and the water can easily bounce on the floor when taking a shower. However the bed was very comfortable and slept well.

Originally booked a twin bed, but gave a double bed. After talking to Mina at the front desk, she directly gave us another room in the suite. The location is good, and you can see the story bridge without walking to the river for 5 minutes.
