The location is prime, proximate to train station, city centre and shopping mall, the room is decent but the bathroom is a bit small. Breakfast is nice.

The hotel is very nice, the location is good because it is close to the city centre and the train station, the rooms are comfortable.

Room was very small, beds extremely uncomfortable very hard, room was claustrophobic. The breakfast was dreadful. Bacon was cold and hard fried eggs were raw scrambled eggs were overdone fried tomatoes/grilled tomatoes were hard not cooked enough, there was no fruit in the fruit bowls I had to ask for water the water container was empty.. very disappointing didn’t enjoy my stay won’t stay there again.

This is a business hotel near the train station. The room was quite clean and comfortable. There were not many options at breakfast though it is somewhat acceptable. It is reasonable-priced.

A lovely receptionist, Victoria, who was very efficient and helpful. The personnel in the hotel were in general nice and friendly. Things that require improvement: Mattresses (uncomfortable, every time one moves you can hear springs, at some point it felt that they would pop out) Pillows Facilities, for example, a hair dryer that is not melted. Carpets were dirty Quality of food - better wine (not the one that is opened and kept for few days).

Really nice hotel and very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is convenient if you need to get to Bristol Templemeads train station. The food (dinner) at the restaurant is OK. Decent quantity and reasonably quality too. A bit on the pricey side for what it is but convenient if you are staying here though. Eating places in the area are few unless you’re ok to walk 10-15 mins

Perfect for us just passing through for a night. Nearby some pubs and a corner store, across from a park and an old church. Nice hotel, busy!

For level of Hilton, I was disappointed with the attitude of staff there

Stayed for one night, hotel was clean and had a good location in the centre of Bristol. Breakfast was very good.

Great hotel that is very close to Bristol Temple meads and a 15/20 min walk from city centre. Does not look that nice from road side but it is very modern inside. Asked to have garden view as the main road I can imagine might be loud at night.
