Good location

Staff were friendly and service was good, though the hotel felt rather dated. Sadly, the toilet seat had a lot of stains that wouldn’t come off.

Conveniently located between Temple Meads and the centre, in a new development area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful.

The location is convenient, and the room was generally nice. However, the air conditioning was making a lot of water noise at night, so I notified the front desk. The staff responded promptly, changed my room, and handled the situation quickly and were very friendly.

酒店位置挺方便的，去哪裡都不遠，到火車站也就十分鐘。工作人員很熱心，房間也很不錯，面積夠大，本來預訂的雙床讓幫忙換成大床也滿足了。

We had a lovely and cosy stay here with the help of Kurt who was extremely friendly and helpful with helping us settle in. I’d definitely recommend staying here and if you need anything Kurt will be of wonderful assistance.

Good location, easy from station and to town. Poor quality build, cheap, so quite noisy through walls and floors. Breakfast is poor. Premier Inn is now continually cutting costs and it shows, quality is falling for sure.

Two adults stayed her whilst exploring Bristol. It’s located within a 10 minute walk of Bristol centre and has lots of bars and restaurants near it. Very quiet and slept okay. Only negatives were the rooms were very hot (even the AC wasn’t cooling enough) and there wasn’t an amazing spread for breakfast. Some of the food was missing and there wasn’t much. No parking here if you need it.

For a hotel that charges a pretty premium rate now (room was £140 - room only rate) the fact they charge £15 for early check in is very poor. Also, the pillows were the worst I've experienced in any hotel over recent years and made trying to sleep feel like a chore.

I had never thought o staying at Premier Inn til some UK friends told us that's where they stay when in London. We tried one out and liked what we got. Nice sized room, comfortable bed, nice facilities, clean, nice price, nice restaurant when needed. And we've always found one in an excellent location. It gets the job done. Now we always check for a Premier Inn when visiting the UK. I guess it is a sign of the times, but the automated reception experience feels a bit like talking to someone who'd rather be on their phone than talking in person.

Lovely comfortable place to stay, handy for the Fleece, if you're heading to a gig like we did. Great value, nice big beds, spacious bathrooms, fabulous breakfasts...you can't go wrong! Really close to Temple Meads, too.

Gave me an iron that made a black mark straight on a tuxedo shirt. Shower not working properly. Breakfast cold. Overall horrible experience.
