The only good thing about the hotel was the location because it was near to the aiport. Besides this, everything was bad especially the breakfast in the morning, lacked varieties and it was even worse than ibis/holiday inn chain hotels. Also, the staffs at the reception is so arrogant and talks to each other and ignored me and when I was keep standing to "check-in", one of them finally came and asked my name that I used for booking and I am russian so I have a long name and the staff was trying to pronounce it and was having a laugh about it which was super condesending and lacked standard customer service ethic. The room was so-so.

Very convenient for early flight. Haven't stayed for a while due airport parking and road works to and from the airport. Glad we used Bristol this time as new refurb room was lovely. Bright very clean as always and smeg kettle and fridge. Good toiletries and breakfast. Have already booked another stay.

This hotel is perfectly positioned for the airport AND it allows free car drop-off, so in many ways is better than going straight to the airport! It is also very good value for an airport hotel. The 24 hour 'honesty' food and drink selection is a nice bonus. It is a shame they don't seem to do room service, as I wasn't in the mood to sit in the restaurant and have a meal after so much traveling and with so much more traveling to do... I wanted to curl up in bed and watch TV with a pizza... instead I had to make do with a wrap and a bag of crisps from the honest-shop. Staff were good. Breakfast was ok, very 'British' and I was surprised that hot food was not served earlier in the morning considering it is an airport hotel (for example, the Stockholm airport hotel starts breakfast at 3am).

Stayed overnight before and early morning flight Despite work going on at the airport , there was no noise and it made for a good night's sleep. Very good choice of food and drinks available too. Rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, and an early morning call was easily and promptly done. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone flying from Bristol Airport
