Fantastic set up - all the information was clear and access was easy. The apartment was nicely decorated, kitchen had everything you’d need.

Amazing location near clifton suspension bridge, nice area and shops nearby, clean room with all amenities included. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely come back if going to bristol

“Wonderful stay from start to finish! The host was welcoming, the apartment was immaculate, and the location couldn’t be better. I felt right at home the entire time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The dirtiest most horrible place. Duvet and sheets covered with stains. Awful customer service. Shower broken. Wardrobe broken. Table lamp broken. No parking available despite being advertised as having parking.

We booked to stay at Clifton Village, but on the way there was told by Your Apartment it was unavailable and we would be “upgraded’ to an apartment at Frederick Place. It was not an upgrade. It was in a dilapidated house and not at all like Clifton Village where we had booked. Eventually we got moved back to Clifton Village, but Your Apartment were not at all helpful and wouldn’t consider a refund, even though we only got to stay at Clifton Village for 50% of our stay. There is an awful lot more that went wrong due to Your Apartment, but that would make a very boring review. Suffice it to say, I would not recommend Your Apartment and definitely wouldn’t use them again.
