First of all, an exceptional hotel in Brno near the center!! One of the most beautiful experiences, thank you very much! We were celebrating our birthday with a friend and the staff was so kind that they prepared a bottle of wine and rose leaves for us in our room. It was really wonderful and we thank you very much!!!! The breakfasts are absolutely amazing, there is so much choice that we didn't know what to choose first. The staff at the reception were very nice and friendly, they helped us in everything and gave us great tips on where to go to see all the beauties of Brno!

We were a few days here in Brno and here at Hotel Grandezza with its great location. The room, with views of the marketplace and the wonderful buildings were just beautiful. All walks from here were wonderful whether the catacombs with the entrance to the market or the cathedral, as well as the museums. The staff is very polite and breakfast a dream. Our suite was very large and maintained. This hotel can only be recommended.

The hotel's location is about a seven or eight-minute walk from Liberty Square, which is great for shopping. There is a large road uphill that is difficult to walk to from the train station to the hotel. The sidewalk is paved with small squares and stones, which does not facilitate the towing of luggage. There are many restaurants to choose from from different flavors. This hotel should be of relatively high quality in the area.

Nice hotel with really great breakfast (a lot of food and different kinds of food, drinks, cakes), room looks nice but everage, nothing special but it is only my opinion. We had air condition in the room but it didn't work and nobody told us on the reception automatically during checkin that air condition is for additional cost. So we had it but we thought that is broken and for one night we was lazy at night to go report it. But anyway room with aircondition turned off/deactivated. Room is expensive and people need to pay more for activation something what is in room, a little funny like bad joke. For me room prize and quality 3,5 and breakfast 5. It is close to tram stop(salina) so direct way to city center is good. Big plus is free parking in front of hotel.

The hotel is very big and the environment is very good. I thought the hotels in Brno were very cheap, but I didn’t expect it to be more expensive than Prague. It costs 120 Euros a night, but the breakfast is very rich, and it’s cheaper to call Uber when you go out.

Ils ont fait un grand hotel mais il n'y a aucun charme. PAr contre pratique, parking gratuit, c'est un peu en banlieue mais il ya un tram à dix minutes à pied. Le personnel est super sympa. Le restaurant est pas mal et pas cher mais comment ça fait désuet par contre. 9a fait un peu hôtel de luxe mais dans un pays déshérité! Sensation bizarre. Comme un hôtel de luxe mais en mode dégradé. Once we got to the Royal Ricc, we were VERY happy. EXCELLENT location that was an easy walk to SO much (well, except to parking). The rooms were as beautiful as advertised and the beds were quite comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was solid ... not bad but nothing to excite one (but no complaints). Most of the staff spoke some English so interacting with them wasn't an issue if you spoke no Czech. My ONLY complaint about them was that on several occasions, I wrote to them for assistance on various topics and response was quite slow or even non-existent. Bear in mind that this a traditional Old World hotel (as in you leave your key at the front desk on your way out and picked it up on your return) but usually these are the ones with top notch service to help them stand out. But would I return to stay there if I were in Brno? Probably so.
