Reviews of Santa Anne by the Sea

We were so excited for a rare weekend away only to arrive to our room that didn’t have working air conditioning or fans, in December, on ground floor blocked by other buildings so no lovely sea breeze to help. The after hours number went to voicemail but the inbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message but luckily a text was replied to and a Rusty pedestal fan was delivered within half an hour. There was no mention of a partial refund or even an apology. Emails were ignored, texts were ignored so here I am writing a negative review 😡 I also had to kill 2 large cockroaches and endless baby cockroaches crawling out from under the laundry sink.
