Reviews of The Ritz Resort Heated Pool

We have just had 5 days here. Very well kept and very clean. Plenty of appliances and utensil. Good secured parking and the heated pool and spa a real bonus. Grounds are kept beautifully and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Very central location to the Oasis shopping center and restaurants. Short walk to the tram station where you can get a day ticket to Helensvale hopping off and on as many times as you like. Great way to get around. Will definitely return if in this area.

Location is awesome. Close to beach, shops, restaurants and public transport. Facilities are great, pool, spa and parking. We stayed in room 304, presentation was lovely, felt like home. Had heaps of cutlery/crockery. Beds and bedding was comfy. Overall really enjoyable. We will be back :)

Stayed here for seven nights in an amazing location right in the heart of broadbeach. Our apartment was large including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies, full equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge room, and laundry. Nice pool with spa and roof top spa. It even comes with a full size refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, etc. reception were Nice and full of info. Underground car parking and level 1 car parking for guests. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious accommodation in a great location. Loved the heated pool, spa and sauna. Wouldn’t bother paying for a Sea View as it’s a glimpse through the trees so probably just as happy having pool view or hinterland view.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and the staff only too happy to help. We booked direct and got a great deal. We were quite happy with the price but when we arrived we noticed that with that great price, at such a central location, also came a bottle of free wine, a $60 dinner voucher at one of the local restaurants and free pool towels. We have booked direct with other hotels in the same area in the past, but we have never received all these added extras. We have now found new regular accommodation for when we travel to the Gold Coast next.

The Ritz Resort was perfect for us. We had a 2 bedroom unit on the 2nd floor with a private balcony. The beach, restaurants, supermarket and light rail are within easy walking distance. The complementary wine and discount restaurant voucher was a nice surprise too. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, close to public transport, restaurants, shops and the beach, clean tidy and well appointed units, highly recommended for families, thanks to the staff very helpful and friendly. Wayne Brighton East Victoria.

Stayed at the Ritz Resort for a holiday in a 2 bedroom apartment for my family and an 1 bedroom apartment for myself and husband next door which worked really well for us all. Alison, the Resort Manager was most accommodating in making this happen. Apartments are great with everything you would need in them. Pool, Spa and Gym were fabulous! Location perfect within walking distance to Oasis Shopping Centre, Kurrawa Club, restaurants, beach and public transport. We were all very impressed!!

Stayed at Ritz Resort, location was fantastic, within walking distance to restaurant's, shopping centres, beach and public transport. The resort itself is a bit run down and needs attention in certain areas. The pool and Spa were great. I think a couple of extra blankets or a doona would be good as it was a bit chilly at night. I would recommend staying here.

We spent 5 nights at the RR. The double bedroom apartments are brilliantly designed with the living room separating the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have an ensuite - superb! Perfect for friends, families, work colleagues. The RR is in a fantastic spot - super close to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants/cafes and public transport. Yet, it's so quiet to stay here! We swam in the beautiful pool and enjoyed a sauna every day. We had a hire car and there is designated parking in the secure, basement car park - with lift access. The service is excellent and we were thrilled with our goodies for booking direct with the resort. Will definitely stay again and totally recommend it.

A superb resort for couples or families! We spent 5 nights at the RR. It’s a fantastic location - so very close to the beach; shops; restaurants/cafes; and public transport - yet it’s so, so quiet (yay)! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool/spa every day. We had a hire car and there is basement parking with an allocated spot for your room, which was excellent. The RR isn’t modern but all the pluses outweighed this for us. Loved staying here!
