I stay there a few times a year and I always have a relaxing time

The building itself is great but the apartment I stayed in this time wasn’t very clean and the linen has definitely seen better days

Terrible housekeeping, apparently do housekeeping after 8th nights, but all they do is change the towels , bed sheets, throw the garbage.  Shocked that did not even clean the toilet, the WC is filthy, shower walls has all the yellow stains, glass shower doors dirty, stains of toothpaste, stains on shower edges,  We have 2 rooms so its the same, missing aircond remotes, aircond dripping, hair dryer doesn’t work,  My God, endless!   Weird to have the brown blanket and a fine thin of white sheets instead of 2 piece to sandwich the blanket.  Sofa has stains and it was sunken in, that when sit in, the whole bum seems like sitting on the floor.  Blinds were torn and missing, have to get the maintenance guy to fix.  Vacuum was provided but when I picked up to use, its full of dust!   The best part was asking us to clear the garbage before we leave! They hold our $200 deposit, so we were forced to do their housekeeping, what kind of service is this?!  Lastly, they are using Queensland Government sheets. Huh?

It's close to the Pacific Mall, it's a little far away from Surfers Paradise, about 3 kilometers, but it's very convenient to take a taxi. There is a lot of food in the back. The room is large and you can cook. A large group of people come to play. There is also a gym and a pool.

Convenient transportation, just over ten meters in front of the subway station; the room is clean, safe and cheap, can cook, the scenery is beautiful, suitable for friends and family to travel freely, it is recommended...
