This was my second stay.
Really friendly welcome.
Excellent level of cleanliness
Really nice touch having a kitchenette (Rm1).
Really comfy bed.
Fantastic breakfast. Staff aware of food allergies.
The only negative was that the room wasn't as warm as I'd have liked (the cold blooded reptile I am!) And the shower doesn't have a great deal of pressure, but those are minor points.
All in all, I love this place and have booked for 3 stays next year.

Friendly welcome, plenty of free parking, quiet area, spacious room, comfortable bed and clean good sized en suite. Good choices for breakfast. I've booked again for 3 nights in December as I was so impressed.

Positive: quick check in & check out; space for parking, breakfast included, spotless clean; picnic tables; spacious dinning room;
Negative: reception is not manned overnight which is concerning. If anything goes wrong there’s no official to take action.
Fruits are available for breakfast but over ripped.
