Abbots Grange Manor House

We had a wonderful stay at Abbot’s Grange from June 30-July 3. From the moment we arrived, Trudy welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the house and grounds. With a lovely glass of bubbly. We stayed in the Millet room and it was gorgeous and large. 4 poster bed, so many windows with beautiful views of the property, a portable AC, that we rarely turned on as we could open the windows for cool, fresh air. Bathroom was decent sized with a large tub. Breakfast every morning was so delicious with one daily special that you could choose or a list of options from the full English breakfast. It was a great start for the day. Afternoon tea was nice, we sat outside and enjoyed it. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and hope to return one day!

Simply the best. We try and travel here from the US at least once a year to relax and recharge. And pop through the privacy hedge and you are smack in the middle of wonderful Broadway with its restaurants and shops. We spent time in London for Chelsea Flower Show then took advantage of Abbots Grange's heliport to make the 30-minute trip from London to the hotel door. Perfect!

Our second time staying here, an amazing experience with wonderful accommodations, breakfast and atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

We stayed 2 nights in the Elizabethan suite, reached via an old oak door leading up a candlelit stone staircase. The whole house , a former abbey was like going back in time. It was so atmospheric with fires and candles glowing. We were greeted with afternoon tea and champagne , charming staff and a delightful owner, Thr grounds are beautiful and it was wonderful to wander back through the door in the hedge to be greeted by stillness and peace. This is the most delightful hotel we have stayed in ? The best hotel in the Cotswolds

Absolutely beautiful. Weekend away and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful grounds. Breakfast was lovely. Short walk into to the town, cosy pubs near by. Went for a meal to one of the locals. Booking in advance is recommended. Would definitely return.

Staying at Abbots Grange Manor House absolutely made our trip to The Cotswolds so worth it! We stayed in the Abbots Chamber and we loved everything about it! What was especially nice was that it was a pretty warm July when we visited, and having the A/C unit in our room made all the difference! We were greeted very warmly upon arrival and given a tour of the House. The breakfast every morning was absolutely perfect - both beautiful to look at and very flavorful. The Abbots Chamber had so much character, and really the entire House did as well! What we also loved was that compared to some of the other villages, Broadway was less crowded. On our last night there we spent time enjoying the fields out back and were greeted with an absolutely gorgeous sunset; so peaceful! We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Our third visit to Abbots Grange and won’t be our last. We always receive such a warm welcome from all the staff who are excellent. A special thank you to Louise who has always looked after us both so well, she will be missed. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in the Cotswolds. Always sad to leave this truly amazing little piece of paradise. So relaxing and peaceful and yet you step outside the gate in the grounds and you are in beautiful Broadway, where we dined each evening. We always book prior to going, as the restaurants get very busy. Went twice this year as needed some rest and relaxation after an injury. Enjoyed a complimentary afternoon tea, which was excellent and served by Trudy, lovely lady. Breakfasts are plentiful and very well presented and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We always stay in the Coach House which is lovely and modern with beautiful views. Always sad to leave this lovely place but we shall return again next year for our fourth visit. Thank you to you all for always making our stay so wonderful .

We booked to stay three days, oh how I wish circumstances would have allowed much longer. The minute we entered Abbey Grange we were engulfed with a warmest of greetings and then the over welming sense of peace and serenity. So much history in every stone we were quite literally enthralled with the history of the Abbey. Breakfast was splendid and nothing too much trouble from super staff. We enjoyed the facilities of Croquet but most of all the total relaxation we felt. Abbey Grange is a unique experience and one we can highly recommend.
