Very helpful with checking in, had issues with another competitor and assisted with another booking site that made it extremely easy to book & stay. Comfortable rooms, multiple options for shopping and dining & Very close to express ways. Best option for the value.

Location moderately uncomfortable; nice staff; faucet was hard to manipulate; the tub water was dark, as if rust from the pipes had bled through… taking a bath was out. No screen after opening the window on the second floor. The continental breakfast was minuscule … Worst of all, the orange juice was bad. I had the misfortune to take a massive swallow before I realized that and was sick all day! I reported it to the front office.

The minute you walk through the front lobby you feel as if you were in an ashtray! The cigarette smell is the fragrance that greets you! Never again!!

Worst experience ever. Towels were dirty, sheets and blankets with holes, the bathroom was never cleaned and the carpet was never vacuumed. The outlets were loose and a majority of them didn’t work. The front desk service was absolutely horrible and disinterested in the complaints we filed about the room, didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

This was a disgusting…nothing like picture on *******, smelled, broken light in bathroom , hair in sink, broken stopper in sink, carpet burns and cigarette burns in comforter in non smoking room, dust thick everywhere, huge water stains on the ceiling- only bright spot was gentleman who checked us in- will never stay in this chain or use ******* again!

First off they charged my account while we were driving there at 1pm. Check in is 3pm. The bullet proof glass around the clerk was concerning. The clerk tried telling me they didn't have a room yet. It's 145pm. But they charged me. He saw my husband and changed his mind. They then again charge my debit when we check in. Now i have 2 charges and he said one would fall off in 2 to 3 days. Are you kidding me. He told me this is how it works. No it doesn't. The sheets and blanket had cigarette burns on both beds. Even on the tub.Going back to the hotel after the concert we get stopped because our license plate light was out, and the cop tells us it's a very unsafe hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE

The heavy smell of cigarette smoke residue hits you as soon as you walk into the lobby. Not good for anyone with respiratory issues. It’s unfortunate that you chose financial gain over a child adults and senior citizens with respiratory issues. The cigarette smoke linger in the hallway so when you walk out of your room, it’s you and your face. Also, the cigarette smoke seeps inside the the non-cigarette smoker room. I couldn’t enjoy my stay due to the heavy cigarette smoke residue. Although the hotel stay are voluntary but you should put a sign up saying smokers only. I will not recommend this hotel chain, unless you revise your smoking policy.

We stayed for 2 nights. The moment we went inside I was immediately uncomfortable. I have stayed in hotels all over Europe and the East coast of the US. I have never felt unsafe. I didn't want to stay the second night. Someone was trying to get in our room the first night. The night manager was right on it, so I was very grateful for that. People were screaming at each other in the middle of the night. The cleaning left a lot to be desired. While most areas were clean, oddly enough the walls in the bathroom were not, and around the door knob was very dirty. The elevator had someone's dirty clothes in it, they laid there for almost 24 hours. Also the vents in the elevator were very dusty and need cleaning. Clearly the owners are trying to clean the place up. People are living there in the hotel. They have a lot of work ahead of them. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, it will do. I wouldn't say again. I wish the owners the best of luck getting that place cleaned up and cleaned out. And the breakfast is good for coffee and toast. Not much there.
